Absolutely worst experience at a restaurant that we have ever had...the food was terrible..it took for ever and my wife didnt get her food until everyone else was finished...the waitress was by far the worst part of the whole easter sunday nightmare she didnt write down the order thus getting it wrong and makeing there cook (who wouldnt know a pancake if it hit him upside his head) remake my wife's omlet (which was dry and overcooked) she was rude,she disapeared throughout only coming out at the end to give us the bill...we had heard it was a pretty good place...wrong...you could sense they really didnt care only to get us out...we didnt say much of anything (i was proud of myself for zipping my lip but only venting our frustration thru a 1 dollar tip which my wife said was to much for that waitress...lol...do yourself a favor and pass this place up.. i know we will!...p.s. the carmel coffee was cold and terrible! this is the first review we have ever submiited to any establishment...we travel frequently eat at alot of restaraunts...this place is...
Read moreThis is always a very good restaurant. Food is awesome. Service is great. They greet you on entry and usually on exit.
Parking is difficult at best. A small pay to park area to the south and east near the rail road tracks is available. Also a small free parking area at the rear of the building near the tracks.
Stopped in for lunch today. It was approximately half full. Both sides were open for dining. The order was taken quickly. For the amount of customers it seemed to take longer than usual time to receive the order.
They have more than just breakfast. Everyone talks about breakfast. The breakfast is good, try something else people.
The Chicken Cordon Blu was very tasty with lettuce and thick sliced tomato and onion. Home potatoes and sliced pineapple and cantaloupe added for desert.

However, sanitation is an issue.
Today, I saw the owner walk into the side kitchen to sneeze while carrying four cups, two mugs, silverware, and menus. He did not cover his mouth while sneezing. He then put everything he was carrying onto a table for customers. Customers were seated at the table a few minutes later.
A server then prepared fresh lettuce on the countertop in the kitchen, where he sneezed without wiping it down first.
I saw a server eating potatoes off a plate with her fingers. She then continued serving.
I saw multiple servers grab toast for meals after handling money and dirty dishes without washing their hands prior.
I get that it's a busy restaurant, but there's no excuse to be made for...
