Placed a to go order & when I arrived to get it no one came out after I checked in. So I went inside to get it. I even asked if the order was complete before I took it. Arrived at home only to discover that the order was not complete & looked like all the food had been throwed together & covered with sauce that didn’t belong on most of the food. Missing the street corn (paid extra) missing extra sauce (paid extra). Called to address the issue, after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes a called was placed on another phone & was answered right away by the same lady. Was asked to address the situation, she told me that her mgr told her to tell me that nothing could be done about the food placement issue & that I could come back to get the street corn. EXCUSE ME!!! That is not even possible. It was not my fault items were missing. Who ever RF is should have made sure ALL ITEMS were in bag before customer came. After I declined she said she could credit me back $1.00 for the Street Corn. But my credit back should haven been a total of $4.99. I was missing the corn that came with my meal $2.99 + extra $1.00 for street corn and $1.00 for extra sauce. But she didn’t comprehend that. Was rude and anxious to get off the phone. Before I could get a word in she hung up the phone. The mgr should have addressed the issue themselves. This Chili’s seems to have problems with to go orders. Guessing that not much care goes into the to go orders as people are not there in person to complain. It was 11:30 am and they had already served the 3 customers they had between a staff of about 10 employees and a bartender 🤦♂️ then one of the staff comes to me and says under what name is your order ??? I told her it was a simple order 1- Southwest egg rolls and an order of ribs …..so they looked it up and because I don’t tip over card and tip cash it made the 2 members say one to the other member push his order back since he didn’t tip🤔 so another 10 minutes passed by and then another staff member came out and said OH THEY TOLD ME TO TELL YOU THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY RIBS!! In a rude and demeanor way… I simply stated well someone could of told me this along time ago - and the staff member said so do you still want the egg rolls ??? Read moreFirst off, I have to say that I have eaten at many different chili’s restaurants. This was the worst service I have ever had. I was in Carlsbad, New Mexico to see the caverns with my mom. After we went to the caves, we went to Chili’s. We had to wait for a table. No big deal, it was crowded. First thing we ordered some chips and salsa. The waitress comes back two minutes later and says they don’t have any left. No problem so we go ahead and order our meals. My mom orders a hamburger with fries and I order the bacon ranch quesadillas. We wait about 25 minutes. A Server (not our waitress) brings out the hamburger and fries and flops it down on the table and says that they are out of the bacon ranch quesadillas. My reaction was to say and you guys waited till now to let me know? Her response was well they just let us know. What would you like to order? And I said I need a menu because it’s already been taken up. So she says I will get you a menu and she disappears never to return. My mom decides to split the hamburger with me because now I’m getting ticked off and I want to leave. We needed a plate, but nobody is around to bring us a plate. At one point, my mom goes up to the kitchen to ask for a plate and the woman who was supposed to get my menu was in there talking to other people. She got a plate from somebody.
