Has all the products I love, but the workers are a bunch of grumpy vegans who probably hate all the wealthy people that shop there. I walked in with 5 glass milk containers to recycle and get cash back, set them on the counter and the guy says "you're supposed to shop first and then do that". I work in retail customer service too, so I said "um what" and he actually repeated himself even more condescendingly. I said "I'm not walking around the store to shop with a bunch of glass bottles" so he proceeded to give me my cash back. It was very odd. I shopped for more milk and was quickly back at the checkout line again but across from the grumpy employee because I don't want to talk to grumpypants again, obviously; so this guy behind me in line notices my grass fed cows milk and starts talkin about how delicious it is and it's so much better than the "normal milk that tastes like sadness". He was also talking to the cashier and I realized he worked there too but he was was off the clock and just buying stuff. I told him I make kefir with the grass fed milk just to make friendly small talk. The cashier mentioned some donation about animals regarding my reusable bag I brought, I said no thanks, the guy behind me said I should give it to the animals and to enjoy my kefir as I was walking away. It felt just weird all around and I was walking to my car like tf just happened in there. I can't be sure, but I'm betting they were a bunch of vegans trying to troll/gaslight me. To whoever's in charge your annoying, condescending employees just made a loyal Sprouts customer out of me, thank God there are 2 Sprouts literally 3...
Read moreIt's easier to shop in a place that promotes organic food. Fruits and vegetables in large chain stores are too highly priced and poorer quality often looking old and beat up. Not at Jimbo's. Jimbo's is fresh delicious and the prices are reasonable. I price shopped 30 items I normally buy in both Jimbo's and Sprouts. 5 items were not carried at Sprouts .Out of 25 remaining items, 20 were cheaper at Jimbo's than Sprouts. So Jimbo's has it cheaper and has it when other people don't. Also the staff at jimbo's is knowledgeable and helpful. They know a lot about nutrition and vitamins and in general more about the products they're stocking. I love their JUICE BAR too. They don't just make smoothies like other stores. They have great veggie blends and they use all organic fruits and veggies. They don't mind customizing your juice orders and sweeteners are not hiding in your drinks like some so-called juice places do.🤨 They usually have some pre-made juices if you want to grab'n'go ...
Read moreI hate to leave a bad review, hopefully they work on customer service and learning their products. I asked one of their workers (young hispanic male) if they carried a particular keto bar I liked in the larger bags but when he asked me where I got the individual bar from I pretty much knew he wouldn't know. I had hoped he would have been smart enough to ask for assistance from a manager or co-worker who was familiar with the bars but instead requested I show him where I got the individual bar from and then said no. I then found a manager (tall hispanic male) who wasn't much brighter as I explained to him that I have purchased them in larger bags from other Jimbo locations in the past but he just seemed to ignore me. He said he didn't carry them despite the fact that he already told me all their stores carry the same products. I finally found them as I continued to walk around. Lol they apparently don't even know they stock that brand in two...
