I ordered online at 1219pm for a 1245 pick up. I got there early and looked at the app. Said my pizza went in at 1235, no big deal and my skip the line number was 257. I played on my phone and looked at the app at 1245 thinking they are wrapping it up and said my pizza went in the oven at 1244 and my skip the line number was gone. So I waited. At 1pm I checked again and it was still the same. Finally I get an alert on my phone that my pizza was at the counter ready to be picked up. I walk in and an older gentleman was trying to get his pizza that they messed up his order. A few moments later the kid behind the counter asked what I wanted. Told him my app said my pizza was at the counter. He asked for my name and said it wasn't there. Asked if I had the right store. I showed him my phone and he came out with someone else's order who was standing around waiting. Another customer was visibly agitated. I asked why the "in the oven time changed and why I my skip the line code disappeared?". He said "we don't have a manager right now". Ok, so what does that have to do with anything? Then he brings out my order and says he has to check to see if I had any sauce. I did and told him. So he goes in the back for a few minutes as I start to check my order.... I'm missing a pizza. He comes back with the sauce and tells me to have a nice day. I asked where is the rest of my order? I was told that was my entire order. So again I show him my phone order. Evidently, not having a manager is reason for them to do whatever they want. So again goes in the back looking for the rest my order, brings it out and says "Here." It's now 125pm. When I leave, the gentleman that was in front of me earlier is back. They can't get orders straight and take over an hour to make pizzas. They also change the times and pick up numbers to suit their needs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
Read moreI'm very disappointed with the pizza I got. Your pizza usually tastes very good even though it's never cut all the way through but you had no hot and ready pepperonis ready all you had was one three meat that you charged me $15 something dollars for and it was dry and hard I have a video of me snapping the crust with my fingers I had to use all my force in my fingers to break the crust. It must have been at least 2 hours old. I have been coming to Little Caesars here for quite some time and the service has always been horrendous. The girls today was very fast and friendly but that pizza was old and tasted terrible I fed it to my German Shepherd he didn't mind it. But I wasted $15 please reach out to me if you would like my business again. I tried to upload a video but I was unable. Pictures don't do justice on how hard that crust is. It sounds like a finger breaking when you actually get the crust to break. Usually it's soft. You have very good pizza you just need to get some better management to run that store. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in there and people just stare at you from the kitchen like they could care less if you're there they're usually several of them talking together but none of them could come up and say hello can I help you. I'm aware they're Cooks but when you have one person running the oven and the register and the drive-thru common sense says you need more people working unless people talking in the back. It's funny you always have a lot of people in the back but you never have...
Read moreIt is so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt with every workplace being short staffed, busy in an oilfield town and they fail time after time after time. Placed an online order @ 5:12pm and email said it was to be ready around 5:35-5:40pm. I get to the store at about 5:30(yes i know early) and checked in. The girl working said it would only be about 5-10 more minutes. Cool no worries. I let them know I had to grab a few things from Albertsons so I would come back. Long story short I go back and all of a sudden my order is gone. No one can find it. They look and then find it, thank goodness. I pull into the albertsons parking lot to check the pizzas and make sure i have everything and the pretzel pizza i ordered is in fact a regular pepperoni pizza with regular crust and salt ALL over it. I go back inside and show them and the night shift girl working tried to convince me it was correct until i literally posted out the color of the crust and showed her the receipt. I then proceeded to stand and wait for another 20 minutes inside the store while customers that have been waiting for over 30 minutes are now getting frustrated. Once i request that i get a refund after the manager came out and disclaimed “short staffed” and “we tell y’all about long wait times,” she looked at me like it was a ridiculous request when i’ve dealt with it time after time after time bc the quality of the food...
