First of all the fact that I have to show my ID outside in any kind of weather just to enter the premises as if I’m going into a naughty sex shop Is ridiculous and unnecessary. It is not by law that they have to do it like this. There are plenty of other dispensaries that don’t do it like this. For two I can’t use my phone, while on premises is another rule made by this dispensary, and not set by law. I used to work at a dispensary in town and I can tell you there is no law against using a cell phone inside of dispensary and there is also no law stating that you have to show your ID before entering a dispensary either they make you feel like you’re doing something illegal By enforcing these ridiculous rules. You can also tell that Management is awful, because none of the workers were in there, smiling I’ve only been in there one time, and after this second time, I will never go back! Shame on you guys for making people feel this way when walking into your dispensary! We are supposed to feel invited and excited to partake in this now that it is legal And you guys are definitely not making it...

Let me save you the time. Go somewhere else. I’m leaving 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I stopped by yesterday to check out their flower. They wouldn’t even bring it out until I told them how much I was buying. I didn’t know how much I wanted. I wanted to see it and smell it before I bought any, but they wouldn’t let me. Every other dispensary in town I visited had their products visible to see. I felt like this place was hiding something. Do they not notice there are almost as many dispensaries in this town as there are convenience stores? IF you do decide to do business with these folks, go to the Mermod St. location. This has to be the most UNFRIENDLY dispensary I've visited in the Carlsbad area. The young ladies that work the counter are snotty and rude. They will leave the customer at the counter until they are ready to greet you. If you have questions about cannabis, this is NOT the dispensary to visit. Their attitude makes a patron feel like a burden to the business. Overall, the customer service at this dispensary is sub-par at the very best.
