Starbucks — Restaurant in Carlsbad

The place is pretty clean and nice. I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte. Easy ice. When I order easy ice at the store down pierce, they fill the cup regardless of ice or size. I’m paying for the biggest cup, I expect the cup to be full. She hands me my drink and it’s only 3/4 full. My husband and I looked at each other and just kind of point ed at the cup and asked what was going on with that. The girl checking me out told me it’s because I ordered easy ice… that doesn’t matter. If someone asks for no ice are you going to only fill it halfway? That makes you look kinda crazy.. on top of that my husband ordered the mocha cookie crumble and his first few sips were nothing but chocolate syrup. Threw it away immediately. so. Go to pierce...

Horrible service. Literally over 10 mins for a black coffee ??? First time and last time ordering here.
