McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Absolutely the worst fast food joint in town. Want something fast? Don't go here, first. You can pull up before a car in one is their drive thrus and get ignored for 5mins while the other lane is going through.

Not to mention, when YOU get through that spot, you have ANOTHER waiting game to play. To pay for your order, then to get your order. I pulled up to their reserved drive thru parking #1 spot, then another truck pulls up after a few minutes of waiting. That truck gets their order within SECONDS and I'm still waiting while writing this review... 30mins in...

You have to order on the cpu menus. Even when you tell the staff what you want or don't want on your meals they get it wrong. Fountain drinks were flat. Fries were soggy. Wanted extra salt, kept wanting. Wanted double fries in a kids meal, none of the meals were correct. There was only flashes of someone working the front desk.

Otherwise you are left alone in the lobby.

The store is modern looking, I wish their customer service and efficiency would improve.

Well give another shot as we.come back thru town. Hopefully it was just...

Horrible customer service. I paid over $20 on two meals. They were out of fountain drinks so i got a smoothie instead, they didn’t give it to me when they brought the food so i went back in to get it and ended up standing there for about 7 minutes and no body came out. One women did but did not even look at me or the other people waiting for help. PLEASE do not come here, unless you want to risk not getting what you paid for. You would think with such a low 2.2 star already they would be trying...
