Stay far away from this place, the manager is rude and ignorant and lacks any kind of customer service. I ordered Fire Cracker Tofu because we are strict vegetarians and when we got home it was chicken. I called the store and told the manager about the mistake, he kept insisting that I ordered chicken when I didn’t, he continued to argue with me and insisted I bring it back. I told him I lived on the other side of Carlsbad so I asked him if he could give me a refund, he insisted I bring it back and then he would, I said I can’t because I’m handicapped. Now this he didn’t care about, he just wanted me back in the store to return the food so he could give it to someone else. He said, “well I can check the cameras.” I said go ahead and check them, he said, “I can’t now but I will tomorrow.” I asked to speak to the manager, he said “I am the manager.” Wow I can’t believe a business would treat a customer this way for $23!!! I asked his name and he hung up on me! Tomorrow I am calling the corporate office and report him. It’s very sad because I really like their Fire Cracker Tofu, you couldn’t pay me to do any kind of business with this guy. The company needs to give customer service training. 2/9th update I finally received a call from his regional director, she was applauded by the managers treatment. Hadn’t eaten here in a few years, but I am pregnant and the chow mein sounded really good. They were understaffed, but all of the employees we dealt with were pleasant and doing their best. They communicated there would be a slight delay which was fine. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately- the food was very disappointing. We got 3 dishes and it was around $42 and much of it was inedible and tasted strongly of plastic and chemicals (of course the honey shrimp with chow mein) was completely drenched in the chemical substance. To describe the flavor would be if you were to attempt to eat noodles that had been cooked and melted in a plastic container and then topped with a sludge soupy cleaning solution so much that it was dripping out of the edges of the bowl completely masking any other flavor or texture.

We ordered a salad and the mandarin oranges were sour and very fermented so we picked those out and it was somewhat edible after that.

Overall I am sad to have lost $42 worth of food that most of which ended up...

I am review an employee. Kristen employee # 21446. I come here regularly and have not been helped by her before until today. The other ppl who have helped me have been amazing. Kristen left me standing at the register waiting to order with out acknowledging me and chose to clear some tables and clean instead of helping the customer. Then when I asked for something they didn’t have she was very rude. I asked for a beef and broccoli kids and she replied very snappy you can’t we don’t have that. I asked oh shocked how she reacted to me and you just have it for house special Chicken ok i Ordered something else. Then how she asked for my name was just so rude not good customer service. She just said name, I was an inconvenience to her because I wanted to order something and she couldn’t work on her meaningless tasks.
