Starbucks — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I went into the starbucks today and kindly asked an employee if he could warm up my lunch (I made it at a relative's house and planned to eat it on my way back to the Bay Area). He refused, and I told him that I cannot eat out because I have an autoimmune condition (I have ulcerative colitis and don't want to eat gluten/dairy/other food triggers that give me severe diarrhea on the road and cause ulcers in my colon). He refused again. I asked him if there were other locations nearby that he would recommend to warm up my food, and he said that he doesn't know the area at all. I warmed up my lunch at a nice seafood restaurant. Very disappointed with the service at this location. On Wednesday 11/15/2017 around 1pm stop by for my usual shot of espresso with almond milk. The cashier charged me extra $0.6 for the milk. Never been charged extra for that in any of the locations in CA or even different states!!!as I know up to 4oz always is free! Have been here many times, people are nice but the COFFEE they are serving is a waste of your money it is continually cold and taste like it has been sitting for an hour.
