Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I have been to the Carlsbad jack and I have been cheated with a water : IMAGINE ! A BOTTLE OF WATER ! COME ON ! ARE U NORMAL.??? and the food was cold , old and the buns old with mold ! FOR SHURE EXPIRED I have took samples and I have sent them to the Lab ! I will adress this to the FDA too This is not a Complain This is a Concern for our helth AND Costumers & childrens health I am a turist , the employees speak only Spanish, the order was incomplete, they got mad i asked the Receipt because I paid cash and they even made some affirmations of me beeing turist ( something like screw her -in english ) We are not comeing to usa to get sick or poisoned Also to eat this old food This should be a concern for you who gave the franchise to them ! This is not a nice aproach over citizen or children helth Understand that you as a brand u dont pay for my helth if I get sick ! Or my child ! If this is not Enough for you to take mesures over the Jack in the box restaurants all over and ceck the dirty kitchens, the expirations dates of the products and the facts that they effectively cheat for a water bottle or get mad for a receipt request and they target Tourists to cheat and disrespect them i personally will adress this to the Departament of the national land security and autorities consulatele and embassy Turists cannot be treated like that in your state / country from USA and u as a brand / company u are direct responsible for this specific matter because u don't ceck them ! THIS IS NOT NORMAL ! I paid 25 $ for all those ! Nobody cares here what are the deals , the prices of Combo or whatever Especially if u TURIST u need to be Screwed! As I said this is DESGUSTING! HERE IS AMERICA NOR MEXICO CABRONES ! STOP DISRESPECTING PEOPLE AND COSTUMERS...

NOT THE LATE NIGHT MUNCHIE SPOT! I tried walking from the hotel across the street since I just got back(via lyft) from having a night out with some friends from school(haven't seen each other in 7 years).. So, I'm still slightly intoxicated as would most people reuniting with long lost friends, which is why I cannot drive at the moment lol.. The rude lady wouldn't allow me to order, she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and turned her back on me as i was showing two twenties, yaboi is huuuungry, was aboit to order the triple bancon burger meal, 6pc chicken strip meal and some Junior bacon cheesers all for myself, its my day off from the gym so i was about to go in on this food but nah,..They'd rather have people get a DUI than to serve them on foot through the drive thru.. I might just be salty because I have the drunchies and they wont let me order but this is the last time I ever go to a jack in the box franchise.. Jack in the box losing out on my purchase won't affect them whatsoever but I don't appreciate the lack of friendly service, if I'm a paying customer why does it matter my medium of transportation? This is why I prefer the ghetto, they show love to anybody...

Time to finally ban Jack in the Box forever, ESPECIALLY this location. One disappointment after another. Sourdough Jack with un toasted bread and cold. Next visit: 4 tacos were stale and cold. Yesterday, I saw an employee scoop what was left of curly fries from corners of tray. They looked like they’d been there awhile. I asked if they were fresh and he ignored me until I asked for the 3rd time. He said they were ‘in.’ Five minutes later, the cook dumped a bag of frozen curly fries into the fryer AFTER my burger was done. The cashier threw the old bag of fries away that he intended to give me had I not said anything. I asked for a refund for the fries. The cashier kept ignoring me and was a zombie who didn’t give a crap.

Same day: Went to Jack in the Box for curly fries on Carlsbad Village Drive since in the area. Received a bag of overcooked curly fry pieces and the entire bottom of the bag was soaked in grease. Four dollars. I asked for a refund. Cashier gave me attitude.

And the wage keeps increasing for fast food workers because? Unbelievable.

Good riddance...
