I ordered the Turkey bacon avocado wrap, as I started to order, I asked the attendant what the green tortilla was, she interrupted and said, we recommend the tomato basil, I then asked for provolone cheese, once again I was interrupted, she said we recommend the shredded cheese, when it came to the vegetables she interrupted once more, I had to say, "I will tell you exactly what I'd like", I have ordered this wrap in Arizona, Las Vegas, Utah and here in the San Diego County, they all give 2 slices of cheese (which is a whole slice cut in two), this place cuts their cheese into quarters, all the other locations give half of the avocado here they give a third, my wrap today compared to the past wraps was at least 30% smaller. Two young girls were in the back hiding. The online ordering system not turned on so we have to walk in and wait for order to be done. Which cuts into my lunch time. According to them they didn't want to get busy. Second time ordering a BLT. Second time it's raw. I know the bacon is precooked but still need to be crisp and cooked. Not raw looking and limp. Do not go here. The girl making my sandwich really grabbed her phone out of her pocket with her gloves on WHILE making my sandwich. That's insane & she tried to hide it behind the cookie display. She also had her hair down and was also on the phone the whole time with her airpods in so she kept having to repeat her questions cause she wasn't listening to me then I was told after paying for a meal that there was no ice.
