I am an easygoing person and I am also in the industry. A lot of things donât really bother me. I came into the store today to get my coffee. I tip well always because Starbucks employees are amazing. However I asked that the pistachio sauce be stirred into the coffee (I always order extra sauce inside the coffee) because it just clumps to the bottom and with the foam on top itâs hard to stir it. I was watching and she just poured the foam on top and didnât stir the coffee at all. I watched the whole time because I enjoy watching how fast everyone works together. She handed me the coffee and I just looked at it and she said I stirred it but it just clumps because itâs thick. Now I order this same coffee every single day. She grabbed her cellphone and walked to the back on her phone. I was not mad but irritated because why lie?! So I try to stir it with a stick but I get a Trenta and the stick doesnât reach the bottom. So I asked the other girl if she could stir it and she says no I donât have a spoon long enough sorry and just went about what she was doing. Smh I thought Starbucks had a great team until today. I donât know the one girls name (that lied in the first place) but she was tall and wore glasses. The other girls name is Sage. I also noticed I didnât get credit for my points either. I guess Iâll just go elsewhere...

Today 8/13/25 mobile order was up and after a 30 minute walk my husband arrived here after a $17 mobile order to find a sign on the door temporarily closed and no one there. They STOLE the money since taking money and providing nothing by definition is STEALING! I called for him then which was 543am and customer service opened at 8am EST. Set my alarm and called shortly after 8. Get sent over shore since I guess Starbucks doesnât make enough money to pay decent in USA! I am told canât help you since you arenât the account holder and we must protect Greg. Huh I have his name email password the receipt number everything you need to help him and return the $17 you didnât earn? Sorry he must call us! Well he isnât available and Iâm trying to assist him! Even American airlines allows me to help him if I can provide the proper verification but Starbucks wonât!? So letâs get this straight you take money donât provide food and coffee and then make it difficult to help the customer be made whole?! They have lost their minds. After years of loyalty and years of devaluing customers now Starbucks has taken it to a freaking level I donât understand. Run people let them know...
   Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on July 23rd at 7 am. I had placed a mobile order which took significantly longer than the stated 5-7 minutes. After noticing that customers who ordered after me were receiving their orders first, I inquired about the status of my order as my daughter had a softball game to get to and the purpose of the mobile order before we arrived.
Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive behavior and a noticeable lack of professionalism from your staff. To make matters worse, my daughter overheard staff members speaking negatively about me in front of my daughter and her friends. As a former Starbucks Store Manager from Seattle, I have a deep appreciation for the company and its values, which is why this experience was particularly disheartening.
I believe that Starbucks has a reputation for exceptional customer service, and I trust that this was an isolated incident. I urge you to provide additional training and support to the staff working on the morning of July 23rd, as their actions reflect poorly on the Starbucks brand.
