Very rude people! Can’t believe how they treated my step son today. He called and asked two questions, one question was do you guys buy gold? The woman who answered the fought to not answer that question. And then the second question was, what other services do you guys offer? And the woman proceeded to ask, “do you have any questions” refusing to answer that particular question. My son asked her, “I’m sorry did I offend you in someway? Why are you treating me in this manner?” and then the lady said “I’m busy, and I get a lot of weird people calling.” I think it’s safe to say she heard the voice on the other line and passed a judgment.

Little did she know my son is selling his father’s gold and diamond rings, and other scrap gold that was left to him after his father passed a month ago. My son‘s father was a very well-known boxing coach here in Indianapolis that worked with greats like Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, and more, not to mention he also has a scholarship in his name; ‘The Bob Chambers scholarship’ for Ivy Tech community college, students. My son was wanting to know if he sold the diamonds could they separate them from the gold, but he never got that far with the extremely rude woman, and would appear to be posing some racial bias. After my son hung up, I took his phone and looked up where the business was and I wasn’t surprised that it was up in the Carmel Territory. Good old, Indiana! There’s always certain areas in town that will remind you of your ethnicity. After that exchange, it’s probably best to not do business with these people anyway, is what I told my son.
