It’s apparently the highest grossing Starbucks in Indiana, at least that’s what I’ve heard, but it’s almost entirely because there are no competitors in the area. The staff being kind is the only reason that I am holding back from a one star review, but it’s poorly managed, I often have baristas who haven’t been trained or don’t know the drinks on the menu, or I will order something, pay, and then they will come back to me saying that my drink is out of stock (would always happen to me with cold brews.) but I would have already paid for the more expensive cold brew, and they would offer me a drip iced coffee with no refund, which is two dollars less expensive than the cold brew...
If you’re reading this and an entrepreneur in Greencastle, please open a coffee shop competitor to help Starbucks...

Today there was a glitch where my card was charged but the order wouldn’t show up on Starbucks end (not their fault). I had the receipt, on the app, where i was charged for a “Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew” showing $4.85 after tax. However, the manager said my receipt wasn’t valid but couldn’t show me where on the app would have the receipt they needed and that the drink was supposed to cost $5.95? I offered to pay the difference but the manager insisted they would “let me off this one time”. Once the app worked, after leaving, i double checked and the drink (venti sized) still showed $4.85 after tax. Thankfully i wasn’t double charged but i felt how i was treated at check...
Read moreI have been coming to this location for almost two years, and a gold card member since 2011. After today, I will not be giving this location my business any longer. They were unprofessional and rude. When I got up to the register the lady making the food yelled to the girl taking my order that they were no longer making food because they were extremely backed up and having issues with their oven. After waiting 15 minutes for my drink, my order was wrong...but I didn't want to deal with the bad attitudes. While I was waiting for my food, 3 people who ordered after me (in line, not mobile) got their food and drink. I saw numerous people after me order food! I will spend my money at a local...
