Starbucks — Restaurant in Carmel

My friend & I didn't actually go to Starbucks 2 days ago but rather met at the Market District to eat together at one of the many food kiosks inside. We both had pulled pork & coleslaw sandwiches, came with one side, I had potato salad & she had macaroni'n cheese, we both had bottled water & tiramisu for desserts. All the food tasted wonderful, including the desserts! It was wonderful to finally get to see the inside of the Market District, I saw it going up a few years ago & was curious! I will certainly go inside again & will pay attention to Starbucks inside & have another pulled pork sandwich, super yummy! I love Starbucks desserts, especially the lemon pound cake with a drizzle of glaze, & I like iced chocolate for a beverage & the fruit & nut breads...

Not ever planning on coming back to this particular Starbucks, this lady was completely ignoring me while I was ordering 2 simple drinks and had to keep repeating what they were as she continued to talk to a coworker of District Market. She was rude and not sure how she is working for such a friendly environment like Starbuck's staff are...

HORRIBLE customer service. She was very rude when taking my order like I was bothering her, she has glasses & short hair. She never asked for my name and she assumed my name was “Jose” just because I looked Hispanic LOL. Smh racist The drink tasted so nasty as well. Will not be going there ever again & I suggest you...
