The food was okay. The burger was fine, a little small. Not too much flavor in it. I got The Works. A regular burger with an egg on it. Some pickles, lettuce and onion. But it cost 18 dollars. It was a simple burger with an egg on it. It wasnt worth that much money. Also had a side of fries that tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while before being served to us. Our waiter also asked if we wanted any sauce for dipping. Like ranch. Then charged us 75 cents for it. Which isnt a big amount of money, but it just feels scummy that he didnt warn us that they were about to charge us extra for ranch when he made it sound like it was free. That ontop of the 20 dollar burger and the 4 dollar cup of soda made for a very expensive mediocre meal. The waiter and waitress were nice though. They checked in on us a couple of times and were friendly enough. My problems with the atmosphere are more of a personal preference than anything else. It was a bar. And it was rowdy, lots of rowdy people, and lots of very loud TV playing sports. Sports that would then switch to an even LOUDER ad after like 10 mins. I cant tell you how much I personally detest advratisments and commercials. Trying to enjoy a meal but all I can hear is an ad for iphones and multi vitamin gummies blasting into my ears. But like I said, this is personal preference. I understand that most bars have loud customers and loud tvs playing.

1st time there yesterday afternoon/evening. I went with my wife, sister, and brother in law. We all were so hungry that I forgot to take photos. We had the following: Impossible Burger, French Dip, Prime Rib with horseradish and pour house Pete's burger. They were all really good. The tator tots were really good and so were the fries. My brother in law was in awe of how good the horseradish was. Our server was fun and engaging. I would like to go back and try some other foods. I think I caught that this place is over 100 years old. There were lots of Whiskey options and beer and some wine available. I think there were 12 or more beers on tap.

Smoked salmon chowder delicious! Fresh side salad, shoestring fries, yum. Chicken wings were fresh, non breaded. We enjoyed our lunch & Manny’s beer. Great service. Will go back when in area. 10 stars

Only great thing about this place is the aesthetic and our waitress, didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic and was the only reason we didn’t get up and leave, we waited over a hour at 3pm for food for our party of 6, one plate came and that person was done by the time the rest of the plates came, except for one, they didn’t get there plate until we were ready for the check and boxes, 6 out of 3 meals were wrong, either wrong sides or wrong burgers overall 2 burgers were cold, I don’t know what type of clowns they have cooking in the back or maybe it’s someone toddler they brought to work but if I had the power to shut down this place for humiliating restaurants as a whole I would because damn Gordon Ramsey would have a stroke, I mean damn I even seen 4 different bartenders drinking some sort of juice and eating behind the bar counter talking about there plans they have after work, totally disgusting and embarrassing and our waitress should be the owner because she’s the only one that actually cared and showed compassion and professionalism, and to the owner or manager reading this, do better or go work at chuckecheese because this show you got going is embarrassing and I honestly don’t think you are capable of managing much of anything else to...

This changed ownership, and the menus ingredients have changed and as you may have guessed from the 1 star review it has changed for the worst. We asked what were the ciders on tap, previously there were always fun flavours, we were told of two options at then they brought out a bottle, and that arrived 25 mins after. We ordered the same foods we regularly get as we were permanent customers, and ooooooy my a very sad and dry looking burger, and some strange batter on the fish and chips, gummy like raw texture, very different than the very crispy and fresh one before. The fries are no longer the same, some old wilted potato fries (with green in them) and burnt. We got our food 1 hour and 45 min late. The people before us and we decided we had waited enough but we were asked to give them some time and a few min later we got the food. The place was not busy, two slow moving people looked like they were in the kitchen but I guess them too were uninspired by the new subpar but raised prices food. We’lol not be back nor do we recommend it to anyone anymore. Too bad, it was a cute comforting place otherwise now feeling like a...
