Barb's Country Junction Cafe — Restaurant in Carnegie

To summarize, an excellent local diner. The same chef (Barb's daughter) almost every day so super consistent quality. Definitely recommend for a great quality diner vibe. 👍👍

Update from 9/25. The waffles are excellent too. My breakfast companion shared some of her pecan waffles with me and they were very good.

Additionally, Wednesday the special is roast beef with mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy. To summarize, it is super tasty! Legitimately tastes like it came out of your Grandma's kitchen. Totally recommend it!

My wife & I went in for the first time today. The place has a relaxed vibe and an old-time family diner kind of feel. I wish they were open for dinner, as we're not able to go during the day very often.

I had a ham & cheese onlette & home fries, my wife had over-easy eggs, pancakes, & sausage links.

The food was delicious, the portions were great, and the bill was just under $25 for the two of us. We'll definitely be back, I'd like to try a burger.

There was a charm with my wife's Coke from a can over a glass of ice, and I had some iced tea.

We were offered coffee or other drinks before we even sat down from the friendly waitress.

We stopped in here at lunchtime. Doesn’t matter the time, they still serve breakfast! My husband had eggs over easy, wheat toast, sausage links, and coffee. He said everything was excellent. I had the cheesesteak hoagie, which is on Mancini‘s bread. I was very impressed with the hoagie, it was cooked perfectly, the lettuce and tomato were very fresh and delicious tasting… The whole sandwich was delicious tasting! 😋 Our waitress, Deb, was was friendly and efficient.
