On 9/2/21 I pre-ordered after leaving work which is not that far from the county. Traffic was a bit much to get there. Upon arrival, you always have to fight to get drive onto the parking lot due to bumper-to-bumper traffic in the drive-thru line. I ended up parking in the curbside pick-up section and checked on-line to advise I had arrived. I went inside and didn't realize the wait. There was no clear direction as to what was happening, but thankfully I can read that pickup appeared to be in small corner not far from the registers. Some of the staff that was bringing the food out, called out the orders, and some just threw the food on the pick-up table without calling out the order's name. While waiting for my order, and among the chaos, I watched a young lady ask about her food. The one CSR advised very softly, that her name was called, but not far away from them someone else had her order, and I told her I wouldn't accept food that has now been touched and breathed over by a stranger. If I didn't say anything, I wonder if the CSR would've remade her order 🤔. We are still in a pandemic people, and no I do not want anyone else touching or breathing over my food. So as I stood at the now packed pick-up area, another order was brought out by a male server, and he called put the order. Within a minute of that order being brought out, a female server came out with an order, and just laid it on the table and went back to her business. I asked can they at least tell us the names on the order so no one is touching other people's food. There has to be a better system. At some point, I became upset and didn't want to eat my food, which I happily gave to hubby to eat for dinner and lunch another day. I beginning to see a pattern with a lot of these fast food establishments that good customer service is becoming non-existent. ________________________________________ Well I finally had an opportunity to get a chicken sandwich with my favorite cookies and cream milkshake. The drive-thru line was long, I thought I would have time to place my order through the app, but didn't need since the line was moving pretty quickly. From beginning to end service was spectacular. They almost forgot my cherry agan, but with a nice smile and sweet sorry made my day. I love coming here.

As a hardworking individual trying to balance college and work responsibilities, I expect better treatment and resolution when faced with such incidents. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for any mishaps that occur on their premises.

I'm also not surprised because this location seemed more like a hangout spot for the employees rather than a place where food is being served. I mean have fun and enjoy where you were but obnoxiously loud conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with your job should be kept to a minimum and not literally at the counter or over people's food. Gave me the incorrect order, then replaced it with correct order but all cold food and stale fries. I had a surprisingly unfavorable experience at this location 2 days ago. I came in for a breakfast item @ 10:30 am. By the time i made it to the front of the line it was 10:32am (breakfast ends at 10:30am). I did know anything about the time frame until after I ordered. So, I place my order and was told by this young lad, "you can't order that, we aren't serving those items". Myself: "is that so." Young lad: "yes, if you came in 5 minutes earlier you could have... come in earlier next time and you can get what you actually wanted." Myself: huh, is that so. Young lad: "yes, you're late. Do you want something else?" Myself: I guess I will have your new cold beverage of the month/season 'key lime' frozen. How is it? Young lad: "i like it better than the frozen lemonade". Myself: is that so, okay I will try it (don't order it folks... it is Nasty!!!" I ordered a small meal. This included waffle fries...by the way I got ripped off here...the small order only had 4 decent size fries and lots of crumbs. The point of this post is treat people with kindness/grace. Dud you know tone & delivery go a long way. Please leave the rude attitudes at home...especially if you work in the service industry. Young lad working at this Chick fil a @ Parkville spot needs a little morning training in customer service. Very disappointed with the Young crew working on 1/21/25 @ 10:32 am. You have lost...

This was religious experience where the words “Oh God” and “Jesus Christ” were thrown around, and not in the ways the culture of this company condones. The drive thru situation here is tragic. Last year they improved by opening another lane and adding an outdoor cashier at peek times. This year management added additional personnel on tablet ordering devices that walk up to you and then several “meal runners” that run up and down the line to hand out your completed order. I had a simple order, paid on the tablet, and the bag was ready and handed to be before I was even near the end of the line. Problem is, with all this added staff running amok, the orders are not in sync. The car in front of me had the whole line blocked up over the drama of a big order and more sauce. There is nowhere to pull over or wait for corrections to be made, so the rest of the drive customers just sat with our orders in hand (or on seat)—waiting, waiting, waiting—just to leave the lot. The outdoor workers try hard, but it is summer and HOT. Obviously, the inexperienced get banished into the humid, tailpipe choking abyss. Honestly, I’d feel better about the whole thing in waiting a bit longer for more efficient organization, and some poor kid not left outside sweating all...
