TIKI NAILS — Local services in Carney

I went to get my nails done there today and first of all I went in and two ladies in a waxing Solon and the man asleep in a massage chair and I stood there for a while until I said hello and they arrived first they gave me my pedicure in less After 15 minutes, the file was barely applied to my toenails. Then the lady who actually asked about Nikki said that she did it for me and another lady did it for me, she tried to remove the acrylic from my nails with plastic nails. he ripped my real nail from one of my fingers and it hurt and bled a lot and then he hurt two more nails 🤦🏽‍♀️ again the file almost didn't go through my nails they were ugly and in a way I told him that if I could do them more thin because the shape I was leaving on my nails was thick on top and thin on the bottom I said I wanted the color of my nails to be pink and she turned me a light purple color it was obvious that it was purple I paid 85 dollars only to be disgusted with the service and having to come to my house, I also asked about the pink acrylic powder because I didn't want gel and she didn't tell me if they had it or not, they just answered me very rudely that the gel polish was pink 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ i will never...

Pedicure was relaxing and done very well so the two stars are for that only! On the other hand Nikki did my nails. Shape was fine aside from some nails being crooked. Acted like she didn’t want to do the French manicure the way I preferred! She did not put a second coat of clear to secure my polish and to top it off she rushed me out of her chair for another client! Didn’t want to do my eyebrows (with only takes about 5-7mins) asked another lady to do that and she couldn’t understand how I wanted my arch to look even with picture being shown. So she ended up telling Nikki and she had to do them so when she did she didn’t even clean the remaining wax of my face! Safe to say there wasn’t going to be a tip and I won’t be coming back. Not a difficult person but I do nails and pay attention to detail and know exactly what I want when paying someone for services I definitely expect good customer service and this...

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to ask pricing, was told one thing then charged another. Next, the lady who did my nails was pretty rude toward the end; she sloppily painted my nails and I did not mention much because I figured she would fix them when they were done driving, but she didn’t. When I tried to show her the bumpiness of my nail which was huge bumps, she got loud and said I know I know. Well clearly she didn’t because the nail she fixed was not the one I was speaking of. She then listened and went to fix it but it got no where. Now the nail she originally was fixing has a black fuzz and a few of my nails are still bumpy.
