This coffee establishment deserves recognition for providing ample parking, a rare and valuable feature in this area, particularly for those, like myself, who prefer not to leave their vehicles on the street. Upon entering, we were promptly seated, and the place had a few customers, creating a pleasant feel.

However, the overall atmosphere was a bit dim due to limited lighting, which seemed to be part of their intentional aesthetic. While it adds to their unique look, it's not the best setting for taking photos, which might be disappointing for some patrons who enjoy capturing their coffee shop experiences. But they've got a seating area outside too, so that solves the issue of wanting a more illuminating area.

Now, let's talk about the service and attention we received. It was top-notch! The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. This excellent service certainly added to the overall positive experience.

As for the coffee, though it did take a considerable amount of time to reach our table, I would give it a respectable rating of 7 out of 10 from my perspective. It is worth noting, however, that the temperature could have been a tad warmer, as it seemed to cool down rather quickly.

Moving on to the culinary offerings, I must express a degree of disappointment. The food was merely satisfactory, and I could not help but feel that I might have prepared a more gratifying meal in my own kitchen, but since I hadn't eaten all day, I finished it. However, based on the food alone, I wouldn't be inclined to return.

In summary, this coffee establishment distinguishes itself with the convenience of on-site parking, a welcoming outdoor seating option, and satisfactory coffee selection, meriting a commendable rating of 7 out of 10. Additionally, the attentive service and friendly staff contributed positively to the overall experience. Great Brunch menu, a little bit more pricey than your average Puerto Rican breakfast but you get your money's worth! The portions are huge and very tasty, they serve up classic brunch favorites. On weekends they have 2 for $10 mimosas with flavors such as passion fruit, orange, acerola, soursop and tamarind, and they can mix juices upon request, the server recommended me a parchola...passion fruit with acerola, so yummy! Their coffee was also super delicious, however if you usually go for stronger coffee be sure to ask for an extra shot or two of espresso. The wait on a Saturday around 11am was at least 30 minutes and be sure to let them know if you'd like to sit indoors or outdoors. I was served by Bryan, he was very nice and on point with our orders and everyone that passed was also very attentive of all the tables, overall...

Excellent service, great breakfast & artisan beers, mu 2nd time and love the place, very friendly atmosphere and staff.

UPDATE: visited yesterday for breakfast I paid almost $25 for breakfast for 2, the same breakfast you can get elsewhere for half the price, these people are way too expensive breakfast. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

UPDATE: Went here again today, now you get less food for your money.
