Food quality is good. Doughnuts are always fresh and all flavors are always available. Drive thru service should be faster, although sometimes it is because customers take time to make their selection. Update 10/30/2021 I returned this place yesterday and I am very disappointed. Because of the pandemic, only 15 customers are allowed inside the store. Many people opt for the drive-thru. So there is a line to go inside the store and a much bigger line for the drive-thru. I decided to wait in line to get in. And let me tell you my experience: The security guard who controls the access to the store was always talking to customers and employees, paying no attention to the customer waiting in line. He did not have his nose covered with the mask. Having a long drive-thru and entry line, the employees showed no urgency to serve, reduce the line, and give a better experience to customers. The store manager kept his back to the line of customers, ignoring the situation. Although a mask is required to enter the store, the area where donuts that serve customers are displayed should be better protected, because it is somewhat exposed to the line of customers.The donut maker machine appears to have problems and many donuts came out burned or raw, losing a considerable amount of production, as well as being unattended for quite some time. Bought 10 donuts to take to the airport for our flight. I was given a box of half a dozen glazed donuts and 2 mixed in a wax paper bag. As I had to carry my bags once at the airport, it was really inconvenient for me to also carry a box and a small bag so I asked for a big to go bag. The cashier said she couldn't give it to me. When asked why, she looked like a deer caught in the headlights and said that it was policy now. She went to ask the manager and apparently he said she couldn't give me the bag cause she came back and said that she couldn't give me one and closed the window. I don't blame her as I know that regular employees don't enact policies but it's really absurd that a customers asks you for a bag and you outright refuse not even giving the option to buy one. This is what atrocious customer service looks like. I travel a lot for work and in every state that there's a Krispy Kreme close by, I go and buy as I love their donuts. However, seeing as greed has gotten the best of you, this will be my last time visiting any location. Obviously, because I was carrying so much stuff, the box of donuts fell in the middle of the airport....
