McDonald's — Restaurant in Carolina

This place wasn't clean the tables. Kitchen was clean. Employees are very good. My client order wasn't ready when I got there. The client was not visible when I got there at the airport too. I called him and he walked to me where I was waiting for him. To get to McDonald's and to customer Carlos Rivera I was caught in a big traffic and sweating, going to each destination. I couldn't get any good pictures because it was uncomfortable each destination. It was a success for me to do my job. It's complicated to get there. I don't agree 3.9...

They make you wait around 20 min. for your food. Isn't this supposed to be a fast food rest.? They have no attention to detail on orders and they often miss items. I've asked for a Sunday on 3 different occasions and they are always out. Why is that even on the menu then? Sometimes the drive-thru is the only thing open. It's a shame that it's located in a tourist area and this is what people who visit our island experience. This rest. can win the worst service award for sure. It should be closed. It's a lawsuit...

I live close and sometimes have the need to get a quick meal. This place always disappoints. One time, they had no meat for burgers. Another time, they had no chicken. Today, I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru line and had to leave because it was not moving. I saw no employees inside. The few times I have managed to get food, they always serve me the wrong order or forget the fries. It's not worth it to waste...
