Not the cleanest place to dine, staff not so friendly and make it very obvious just by you coming in your annoying them and as you order they just love to roll their eyes at you and forget it if you order something that takes a little effort then you get the full on attitude. Oh let's not forget how disgustingly messy behind the counter where they are prepairing things is. Ice cream running down the counters, on top if counters and not fresh ice cream you can see it's been sitting their for a good min. Oh yes the best part the staff loves to eat their meals while preparing your meals and not even wash their hands before making your food, yeah they take a big bite of their burger get those hand wet juicy and dive right in to preparing your meal and man they like to eat the fires right out of the French fries vat why waste the fry cups when you can save money for the company by just eating right out of the vat that hold the fries till customers order tgem. But got to give props the the Hispanic lady that runs the grocery side of the store. She is great, very nice, very helpful, and always in a great mood and very knowledgeable through out the entire store. She will go out of her way for you...
Read moreLast visit, lacking in Customer Service Dept. Drive through personnel had the "I-don't-want-to-here" vibe, this past August. My standards are based off my job, I deal with people every day for a living. I want the same service I give. My daughter has a standing desire for their vanilla yogurt cones & a place I took her for her 1st Sunday on her birthday. If it was just me who wanted something, would have driven off. But she's too young for my petty principles. 👌. On a regular day I enjoy the mini grocery store inside, carrying unique items and their frozen chocolate yogurt cones. Nostalgia kps me coming back. I'm a Texan, grew up on their milk & ate the food most of my life. Can't say I care for their hamburgers & fries anymore. I'm a grown up now & can do better in that dept., just doesn't taste as good as b4. *But, the mini-mart inside: Milk, spring water, icecream etc... are a cut above standard grocers! Their vanilla flavor options are a must for any homemade pie, cobbler & dress up a cone real nice. Bluebell is NOT the best store bought icecream in the country! BRUAM'S IS... (only state of TN MAYFIELD'S ICECREAM can give them a run 4 their money, but they...
Read moreThis location seems to have been struggling for a while now, likely due to COVID but the food and groceries are still great. The drive thru is frequently flowing into the side road and blocking off entrance and exit of Braums parking lot. Dining inside is an option but going inside is not a good alternative either. There are 2 lines: 1 for ice cream, 1 for food. By getting both a sundae and 2 meal combos I paid once but was forced to wait in BOTH lines (which were not clearly marked and everyone was obviously confused and irritable). While waiting on ice cream it was clear there were either new people or they were overwhelmed because the crew kept waiting on another or asking for things which they kept running to grocery side for to restock instead of having the items on hand behind counter. Meanwhile they have 1 clerk standing by for grocery side which was barren of customers, lucky them. Both the food and ice cream were satisfactory once in hand but the place is a nightmare to get in and out of - regardless of line choice(s). I truly hope they get the help they need to make it feel less chaotic and more enjoyable experience. I think they're doing the...
