I ordered a family dinner which consisted on 3 entrees and two sides. The entrees were: Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken and Beijing Beef. The sides were: Fried Rice and Chow Mein Noodles.
I specifically ordered that all the dish were to be cooked fresh and not taken from the once in the counter.
After my order was taken, I saw that they started cooking. But to my amazement as soon as of the dish were done, I have not seen them pack my order. I've seen the dish that I ordered placed on the counter to be served to customers but nothing for my order. Surprisingly, after I placed my order, there was an influx of customers.
After a long wait (as expected as I was I formed that), the last dish I saw being packed was the Beijing Beef. A fresh "portion" was placed inside the box and the person preparing the order took the remaining "old" Beijing Beef from the counter and dumped it into the box to fill the order. Whaaat!!!??? I can understand it if there was no more food from the wok were the fresh batch came from. She took the "old" (from the counter) and mixed it with the "new" to fulfill my order. The bad thing about it is that there was a fresh batch from the wok. That is where she took a small portion of the beef to put into the box to be covered after by the old batch. The Fresh batch of Beijing Beef was then placed on the counter.
The girl that took the order looked at me in dismay because all dish was supposed to be fresh. I just shook my head.
Why do you may ask I did i not complain? One, I had a very, very long drive home, not to mention a very, very long wait. I was extremely tired and just wanted to go home. I was not in the mood for any confrontation. Two, there were too many customers in line and I don't like to wait for someone to address this issue. I knew that if I brought this up to someone, they had to have the manager address this. That would take ti.e. I've waited long enough. Three, even if I had the manager address the issue, it would be useless. Let's put it this way, there was a reason why the girl who took my order looked dismayed when that was done.

Read moreWe love Panda Express, so we are very familiar with the chain. This is not the best place we have visited, but it’s conveniently nearby so we come once in a while. Food portions are smaller than other locations and their orange chicken is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes something I would not order again.
A couple weeks ago I was given a $5 bonus card I could use until the end of the month. I went there simply because I didn’t want the gift card to go to waste, but upon paying I tried to use it and it took the cashier a while to realize how to go about it. Eventually a manager came to help and then she just pretended to have an “aha!” moment and mumbled something about it having to be activated, then gave it back to me. I asked what should I do? She mumbled again about it having no money, instructions on email. I was so confused because she was not trying to either explain or fix the situation, she basically just gave back the card to me and didn’t say why it didn’t work (even through they were the ones who gave me the card to begin with!) I looked at her confused and she told the cashier to just give me a 10% discount.
What a sneaky practice… handing out fake promotions to reengage customers and then not honoring them.
The card had no mention of any “activation procedure” and no one bothered saying anything when they just handed it to me a...

Two portions will be ….I said ok, just do the 8.60 two items comb with whatever surcharge because of the beef items I choose please, then a new bag came to me, price is 12.02, I gave the young man cashier $20$ bill plus two pennies, supposed get 8$ back, but when I got home found out, he gave me 5$ only, I called the phone no on receipt, but no body picked up the phone at all.
