I ordered 2 pizzas and a cookie for myself and my employees. I had an employee go pick up the pizzas. When she got them back to work, they were not fresh. They were cold and looked gross. I called to have them replace the order and the manager Gina said she would replace the whole meal. When my employee returned to the store she got attitude from Gina instantly. Gina said she would not replace the pizza we had started to eat, which was fine by me. Gina handed my employee 2 pizzas when she said she was only going to replace 1. When my employee asked about replacing the cookie because it was already hard, Gina threatened to call the police immediately. My employee left and when she returned to work I called Pizza Hut. A man answered the phone and I asked to speak to Gina the manager. I was put on an endless hold. I tried calling a couple more times to get hold of someone only to be hung up on repeatedly and threatened again. I gathered the pizzas and took them back for a refund. Gina thought my employee was me so she did not want to speak to me over the phone to resolve anything. When I was in the store she realized I was not my employee and I got a refund for the food.

Read moreI visited the store at midway and beltline on a Saturday the 10th of December. I wanted wings and a couple of breadsticks, but was told that breadsticks was the minimum order. I thought it was odd that they had no way to accommodate single diners that didn't want 5 breadsticks so I ordered just the wings.
I waited and waited and waited in the lobby. Finally saw the manager take the wings our of the freezer and start cooking them. It took less than 5 minute's from that point. When she brought them to me I asked her why she had waited so long to start them. She said something about the fryer was not ready. So my comment was, that if that was the case why didn't someone tell me that it would take 20 minutes to get the wings right up front I could have ordered something else and been on my way. She offered no explanation or apology. By this time I am frustrated over what has become a bad experience at this location. I called her back to the front and asked her who her boss was. Her reply was and I quote " he is who he is" and she walked off.

I called the one on Midway and the supervisor hung up on me not once but rather three times when i was attempting to be exceptionally proficient with her, the last hang up was the straw that broke the camel's back.
I went to the store to approach the administrator on hanging up on me. She was coming at me the wrong path before she said get your dark a** out her store and that is the point at which i got amateurish and furthermore called corporate while there and she needed to call the cops and said you comprehend what cops do to you individuals nowadays.. The general population that worked with her appear as though they were frightened of her and were in the back. This assume to be administrator should be let go from this occupation.
