Victoria was great and very informative and welcoming. Unfortunately when my friend went up to ask for condiments, one being mayo, she was met by Eric the shift supervisor who was very rude. He told her that they didn’t have packets of mayo and “next time ask for more Mayo on your sandwich”. She came back to the table and shared what transpired which frustrated me so I went up to ask for his name and title. He identified himself and I shared with him that it may be best practice to extend common courtesy and helpfulness to the customer as we are not employees and wouldn’t be aware or privy to information surrounding inventory and that mayo is not a condiment option as we had received the other things we asked for (ketchup, hot sauce etc). His tone was rude and dismissive which escalated the situation further. He also walked off while I was talking to him and I advised I would be contacting corporate, to which he stated “Go ahead”. As if it didn’t matter and there would be no repercussions for his actions. That may be the case, I am uncertain. The restaurant was not busy and we were two of maybe 5 patrons. No busy drive thru line and this is at lunchtime. If he is the store leader, I can see why. I also witnessed him being rude and curt to staff as well. There were several other restaurants within walking distance to choose from, which in the future we will. This was my FIRST and LAST visit here thanks to Eric. The rest of the staff were excellent, kind and helpful. A manager should be the example and the standard for the rest of staff, not the other way around. He is arrogant, nonchalant, rude and dismissive and does not need to be dealing directly with customers. I feel sorry for the staff that...
Read moreMy husband bought an 8pc grilled chicken last night. The chicken was so old, dry & hard. I call the store to address the issue, the manager tells me they haven't sold any grilled chicken. I respond I'm looking at it now sir. He responds well ma'am big it back and I'll replace it. I'm irritated because it's time for me to head out the door to go to work, I'll be late for work. He responds well ma'am you can bring the chicken back now to get it replaced otherwise I can't replace it. I return to the restaurant. The manager opens the box and looks at the chicken then looks at me and says we'll ma'am some people like their chicken dry then walks away. He returns to the counter with another box of chicken, as he hands me the chicken he tells me well ma'am next time you want grilled chicken just call ahead and we will cook it fresh. I'm like WTH in my mind and walk out the door. As I drive back home I think to self, what a horrible manager he could have offered me a drink dessert or something for the inconveniences of having to drive all the way back to the restaurant to replace something that should have been given right to began with. Secondly does he not pay attention to his hourly, daily & weekly sales because if he did he would know how much chicken he needs to have prepared on his hourly. Thirdly, before serving old dry chicken just say you're out of grilled chicken for the night. It was only a little after 9pm when my husband got the chicken I understand they close at 10pm but that is no excuse to sell old dry chicken SMH. To top it off I ended up being late to work because I had to go back to get the chicken replaced. I need corporate to contact me about this. If they need some good managers...
Read moreBad bad bad bad. Drive thru experience was terrible. Drive up to the speaker and was sitting there for 5 minus before I said "hello" to finally hear someone tell me "please hold before ordering". I was hoping for a quick lunch, which is was not. When I ordered I got a combo with the popcorn chicken, mash potatoes and gravy, with a water. When I drove up to the window they lady was irritated and not nice, she blew up at a coworker Infront of me. Now when I ordered a water I was expecting a medium drink that goes with my combo which wouldn't cost extra, I was charged extra for a bottle of water. They never gave me a receipt or even offered to give me one, which I found annoying because I like keeping my receipt to track my budget. And to finish it all off as I pulled over to check if what I ordered is what I had I found that there was no eating utensil for my mashed potatoes. I had to part in their lot and going in to grab some. Inconvenient, unprofessional, slow, and lack of customer service. Will...
