Tried out Fiery Nashville Hot Chicken recently â and since itâs so close to our house now, we had to give it a shot. Definitely glad we did!
Weâve been to a lot of Nashville hot chicken spots over the years, and we even tried their Plano location before â but having one right here in Carrollton is a big win.
We ordered the Mac & Cheese with Chicken, the Loaded Fries, and the Dark Meat Combo (leg quarter + 3 wings). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and full of that signature Nashville heat â but balanced so it wasnât overwhelming. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and comforting with a little fiery twist. The loaded fries were also great â hearty and packed with toppings.
The portions were solid, definitely enough to share, and the flavors were bold and unique â not just your typical fried chicken experience.
The staff was super friendly, and the place had a clean, welcoming vibe. One of our items was missing from the order, but when we let them know, Mudassir the manger was apologetic and promised to make it right the next time â and they did! That kind of customer service really stands out.
All in all, great halal food, amazing flavors, and a place weâll definitely be coming back to. If youâre in the Carrollton area and craving Nashville-style heat, Fiery Nashville Hot Chicken is worth...

If you're in the mood for a culinary adventure that's hotter than a summer day in Death Valley, look no further than Hot Hen House! This place takes "spicy" to a whole new level. I walked in feeling like a regular Joe and strutted out feeling like I survived a daredevil stunt! đ¶ïžđ„
The ambiance is cozy with just the right amount of chicken-themed decor (yes, they even have chicken-shaped napkinsâadorable!). The staff is as warm as the chicken is spicy, and they make sure you're well-prepared before you dive into their nuclear-level hot chicken.
Now, about the chickenâprepare your taste buds for a rollercoaster ride! I ordered the "Inferno" level, and boy, did it live up to its name. My mouth went from "Hey, this is nice!" to "Call the fire department!" in seconds. But amidst the tears and sniffles, I couldn't stop eatingâit's addictive!
The sides are no joke either. The mac and cheese? Creamy perfection. The coleslaw? So refreshing, it's like a cool breeze after a spicy tornado. And don't get me started on the biscuitsâthey're like fluffy clouds from heaven.
Overall, Hot Hen House is not just a restaurant; it's a test of courage, a journey for your taste buds, and a memory you won't soon forget. Just remember to bring a fire extinguisher for your mouth and a sense of humor for your inevitable "chicken sweats"! Five stars for a cluckin'...

Sandwiches were very good. Traditional Nashville hot chicken with slaw, pickles, and sauce. They're not trying to push any boundaries here, which I think is a good thing considering how few Nashville hot chicken options there are in the area.
Their fries are crinkle cut, which usually makes me sad because they're so rarely done well. These, however, were fantastic. Probably the best texture I've seen on crinkle cut fries. They also top with a generous sprinkle of the same seasoning mix they use in the basting oil for the chicken.
Spice level is adjustable, and it covers a much broader range than the other places I've tried in DFW. If you fall into "I casually add sliced habaneros to things as a topping" territory, their highest spice level will be manageable, but it shouldn't disappoint.
Overall a very solid, fairly traditional Nashville hot chicken place. We don't have many of these in DFW, so...
