Regular user of the app and pick up service late at night at this location and the worker there has a horrible attitude. intentionally doesn't listen to me when I had an issue one time playing the language barrier card which I finally found out when I called them out for laughing about my order cause it was an hour old and cold. So this time instead of not understanding me I stepped up my tone a little and he literally smiled and asked me, "why I was mad, was it cause of one missing egg roll? Thats nothing." Bringing up the issue I had days before where he ignored me three times asking about a missing egg roll. Writing this review for management since he claimed there wasn't a manager at that store to read and realize they just lost a very consistent customer due to customer service that is malevolent and intentionally insulting to a regular customer which is it toxic as it gets. I am preorder too meaning it is done and paid for and all he has to fo is grab it and add some packets and hand it to me and I have had like 4 negative experiences with him so I wont be going back as long as that person works there. You can see how often I go through this trouble and entertain logic that it must be pretty bad. 8/18/22 update Out of options i ordered food from app, paid for it, and made my way to the store to pick it up only to find a hand written sign on drive thru that they are closed for 2 hours. Zero acknowledgement of the online part of the business the corporation seems to boast about and encourage so much. In the past 6 months of trying to use apps I would say this is a problem across the board with companies not training their employees about this new part of their business because the employees act like it doesn't exist and it's just a burden. Most likely this is the transition to machine automation so they're not wasting any time or money or resources training people otherwise it doesn't...
Read morethis place is goofy... on multiple occasions i have made orders on the app... drive up to speaker and give the name on the order from the app and the person on the other end has no clue what im talking about... ive verified on each occasion that i had ordered from the correct location. i pull up to window, still, the folks in the store have no clue what i am trying to tell them. eventually i have to show them my phone and the order, confirmed, from this location... they make the food and then tell me a total that i owed for the orders on every occasion. i payed on the app, of course and owed nothing leading to more explaining... get food, drive out of line, check order... items missing, wrong ingredients, cold food, half filled fry containers. go back around into long line of drive thru that ive already sat in once... might i mention at this point this food isnt for me. it's a client's food that they have hired me to deliver to them... TIME IS MONEY... for you(JitB) and me.... youre now taking money out of my pocket... and im not serving my clients the food that is actually made correctly that sits in my car while i wait to have the improperly made items corrected... no, make the whole order again. and they did each time thankfully.
Read moreI showed up at 5:30 p.m. one of the doors to the restaurant was locked so I walked around the building to the other door and I walked in. The shift leader/manager on duty explain to me that the dining room was closed. He said he was short staffed and couldn't handle running the front register in the Drive-Thru. Total staff present was five through six people. When I got there and when I left there was no more than one or two cars in the Drive-Thru at any time. I asked for his manager's phone number and he gave it to me. So I called Sergio and Sergio set things straight he let me go ahead and dine in since I was in the building already. He talked to the shift leader on duty the conversation was on speakerphone so I kind of heard what was said. Sergio felt that the shift leader could do both front counter and drive-thru considering there was only one car in the Drive-Thru. Seems like ever since covid-19 hit these restaurants are trying to close their dining rooms early because they don't want to clean it try to close their bathrooms because they don't want to clean it. We've got to get past all this. I want to say thank you to Sergio for doing the...
