I've been to Shah’s four times now (including once through the drive-thru), and every visit has been top-tier. This spot is a hidden gem for anyone who loves bold, flavorful halal food with a modern twist.

The menu variety is seriously impressive. The platters are my go-to — loaded with perfectly seasoned chicken or lamb over rice, fresh salad, and their legendary white sauce (seriously, that sauce deserves its own award). The gyro is packed with flavor and portioned generously, and if you’re craving comfort food, the burger and Philly cheese steak both hit the spot. Don’t miss the pakora fries either — crispy, spiced just right, and super addictive.

One of the standout experiences here is the customer service. There's a Turkish girl who works here and she’s been consistently amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect. She really adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back.

The drive-thru is fast and convenient, but dining in lets you enjoy the full vibe and freshness. Whether you're in a rush or hanging out with friends, Shah’s delivers every time.

Okay so I don’t usually leave Google reviews for places I’ve ordered off doordash but I had to for Shah’s. I had ordered the chicken over rice with some special instructions as well as with fries, I was later contacted by them via phone call to let me know that they had ran out of fries so they offered to either refund me or substitute it for their Pakora Chip (went for the chips. Super good by the way). Then I was called again by them asking if they properly understood the specifications of the chicken over rice order to ensure they prepared it properly (which is super uncommon for DoorDash orders. Some places couldn’t care less if they get your order wrong. I appreciated it very much so). Overall I’d like to say that I had a better customer services experience ordering over DoorDash with Shahs than I’ve had at some “5 star restaurants” dining in. This new spot in Carrollton is a gem! My family usually sticks with Halal Guys, but the quality and speed of service here honestly blew us away. The rice was perfect not sticky, warm, and with that authentic desi twist that really makes it stand out.

Customer service was top-notch! Barrack was exceptional and made sure we felt welcomed even on the phone. The place itself is super clean and inviting, great for both families dining in or a quick pickup.

We ordered the Lamb Combo over Rice (lamb & chicken) and the Lamb Gyro. Both were excellent the flavors were bold and fresh, and it got to the point where my family started eating off each other’s plates because everything was so good!
