In short: this place is amazing and you should definitely try it out, you won’t be disappointed! After that here’s a heads up I’m going to dive in a lengthy review about how much I love this place!

My FAVORITE dessert place! I was not a big fan of eating desserts because most places make them too sweet for my taste… until I found this gem!

My first impression was how pretty and chic this place looked. When I walked up to the counter and saw the varieties of the desserts and how aesthetically pleasing they appeared I was in awe.

I still remember the first bite into their creme brûlée macaron, I was blown away by the slightly sweet creaminess of the butter from the filling and the perfect texture of the shell, slightly crunchy on the outside and slightly chewy on the side 🥺 it was so delicious, perfect, and pretty.

Ever since then I’ve been going every week or two and buy 4-5 pieces of cakes at a time. I can literally eat a whole piece of cake or more in one sitting because they are that good! I’m glad they’re located 30 minutes away from me or I would even go more often LOL.

They offer a variety of macarons, cheesecakes, tarts, cookies, lattes and coffee, Korean snow ice, and croffles. I absolutely enjoyed every single thing I have tried from there. My top favorites are the blueberry and matcha cheesecakes.

I really appreciate the attention to details that the owner puts into everything from the interior, the little leaves or the pieces of fruits perfectly seated on the tarts and cakes, to the most beautifully wrapped packagings.

I found out about Petit Four by coincidence in a restaurant when I saw a different table with someone's birthday with the tiramisu tart. It looked so beautiful and delicious, I had to come here myself for my own birthday cake. I got the strawberry milk tart, as pictured. I actually also bought 4 other flavored slices but I forgot to take their picture before eating them all. The 4 slices were: earl grey tart, black sesame cheesecake, matcha tiramisu cheesecake, and tiramisu tart. First off, the strawberry milk tart, which I ordered a whole one, was beautifully decorated and equally as delicious. For orders, you must order them at a minimum of 2 days beforehand. The tart was nice and crispy and the whipped cream was delicious and melts in your mouth. However, I noticed the cake layers in all the tarts I got were really really dry. It's almost like they used dry old cake for the tart layers. This definitely lowered the value of all the tarts eaten. The cheesecakes were creamy and light and you couldn't even tell it was cheesecake. The flavor of matcha and black sesame was definitely more intensified in the cheesecake which I prefer. Price is on the higher end with majority of tart and cheesecake slices costing $8.50, but there are certain ones that are $11-something. A whole tart cost $51. 🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: fluffy basque cheesecakes in every flavor you could think of (matcha, sweet potato, strawberry, passion fruit, blueberry, tiramisu). It was crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside with a warm buttery and almost vanilla-y taste. So yummy! I would highly recommend getting this Croffle. The vanilla ice cream cream was the perfect amount too. I loved the texture of the cheesecake, however, I realized I am not a fan of earl grey flavoring and that’s what I regretted 😂.
