I always order from doordash. Everytime I order from them. My food is either wrong or missing food. For example I had to deal with today.. I order 3 sandwiches and 3 chips. I only got 1 sandwich and 1 chip today. Even though I call a head of time to make sure it was correct. So I had to reorder again I hope that will be right. Since Yesterday I order two sandwiches 2 chips instead one of my sandwiches only had meat and cheese, not what I order and 4 shakes that wasn't mine. I felt bad for the door dash driver and the person who suppose to have their shakes.. Door dash told me just to keep the shakes it wasn't their fault that the restaurant too busy and in a rush and giving wrong food or missing orders. You give doordash a bad name when it's not even their fault. And they can't look at the food to see if it's correct. It's a health risk if they do. Yes the food is good but horrible customer service that can't follow instructions.so I will no longer be ordering from this...

We finally decided to eat here tonight. Husband and son and a Chicken Caprese sandwich and a Pomegranate Plunge smoothie and my son had the Baja Chicken wrap and a Bahama Mama smoothie. I just had a Sunrise Sunset smoothie. Both husband and son liked their food and smoothies, but mine had too much ice. I tried the pomegranate smoothie and it wasn't as icy as mine. So I had to drop stars. I ordered online and went to pick it up. No one in the drive through and service was friendly. I'm sure we'll be back. Hopefully my next smoothie isn't icy. I usually make mine at home with frozen fruit...
Read moreOrdered food and smoothies for 3 online and went to pick up at the drive thru. There’s maybe 3 cars ahead of us. 15-20 minutes later, the car up front got their stuff I assume and leaves. Line goes forward. 10 mins later, the new car up front is still waiting for their order. There’s a curb and flowerbed next to the drive-thru lane so you cannot escape if you’re already in line… ended up calling the location and asking them to cancel the order and drove out after another 10 mins when we reached a point in the drive thru land where we could exit. Employee didn’t know how to cancel the order so we had to dispute the charges after a few days. I don’t know if they’re short staffed, if the employee(s) are untrained or what but it’s not worth the wait. Idk if the food and drinks are good but i don’t think I’d wait that...
