8/15/25 I encourage you to go elsewhere. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and was given bacon egg and cheese can’t take it back because I’m at work and breakfast is over. I don’t like to order bacon sandwiches because they always skimp on the bacon. Photo included that shows they have either one and a half piece of bacon. Anytime I visit it’s an overpriced, undervalued food experience. I’m over it. They just can’t it right.
7/3/25 false advertising- they had a sign up that the double meat jr meal is $5 however it is $9.09. When I inquired about the price I was told the amount I was charged was correct and given a receipt…
1.14.23 BOB on large bun is ridiculous. This goes on a small bun, it taste terrible. Also, I’m missing a few items with my order. Smh.. this place was getting better but now it’s regressing.
9/23/22 visited this location twice today. Both times my cashier was Daiquane B. My food was freaking amazing!!! The line moved quicker than expected and the food was hot! My order was correct! I’m amazed at the improvement!!! This is whataburger experience I initially fell in love with.
12/30/20 This whataburger has a habit of not including everything you request and pay for with your order. It’s quite annoying. Whataburger is too expensive for them to constantly leave items out of the order and inconvenience the customer by having to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I’m done with this whataburger. This has happened several times at this location. It’s one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. No barcode on the receipt to scan my visit. Just terrible experience all around.
Rather than be nice and move the line, check your items before driving off.
Consistently serving cold, old, stale, re-fried French fries. Cut it out! Fries don’t take that long to cook. I’m tired of waiting on that slow line only to receive terrible fries. It’s super annoying.
8/24/21 I have given this whataburger chance after chance but today is the last straw. All of this food is old. It’s sickening and disgusting. The eggs are turning grey and the sausage is extremely hard and dried out around the edges as well the cheese looks like plastic. You can tell its been sitting, yet they served it anyway. Idk where they found this tortilla or what they did to it but it’s all crumbles and broken. This is ridiculous. Go to the other whataburger it’s near Frankford, better food and better service. This one sucks,...

I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but what happened to me at Whataburger tonight deserves to be heard. I walked in expecting a quick, decent meal – nothing fancy, just hot food and basic customer service. What I got instead was an infuriating, ridiculous, and downright disrespectful experience.
I waited nearly 30 minutes – yes, THIRTY MINUTES – for my food. And mind you, the place was NOT busy. There were maybe two other customers inside. No long drive-thru line. No lunch rush. No excuse.
When I finally received my order, I could feel the disappointment before I even opened the bag. The food was stone cold – as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp hours ago and completely forgotten. The burger bun was dry and hard around the edges, the patty lukewarm at best, and worst of all – the French fries were stale, old, and soggy. Not just a few bad ones – the entire order looked and tasted like it had been scooped out of a trash bin behind the kitchen. I wish I were exaggerating.
It was clear someone in that kitchen didn’t care. No pride, no attention, no effort. This wasn’t an accident – it was neglect. They handed me that cold, disgusting food as if I wouldn’t notice, as if I didn’t matter. It honestly felt like a slap in the face.
I looked around and couldn’t find a single employee who looked like they gave a damn. No apologies, no urgency, no explanation. Just a group of people moving slowly, carelessly, like they were being forced to be there against their will. Not once did anyone check on me, acknowledge the delay, or make any attempt to fix the issue.
I didn’t complain at the counter because by the time I realized how bad it was, I just wanted to leave and never look back. That’s how you know it’s bad – when you don’t even want them to try to fix it.
Whataburger, you’ve lost a loyal customer. If this is how you treat people – serving cold, outdated food after making them wait for half an hour with no apology and no crowd to blame – then your standards have hit rock bottom.
Shame on this location and shame on whatever management allows this kind of service to continue. I’ll be taking my money – and my appetite – elsewhere...
Read moreWhataburger has really gone downhill since the pandemic started. This review used to be five stars. Now, it's not uncommon to spend almost half an hour in the drive-thru line waiting to get some food.
I was just there and ordered two meals. Unfortunately the drink machine seemed to be uncarbonated, and the coke was pretty horrible. The fellow working the window was very kind about it and offered me a refund for the drinks. However, once he got his manager she began to argue with me that it would be cheaper for me to not refund the drinks. Unfortunately, she was right. She ended up having to refund the entire order and then recharge me for just the burgers and fries. Somehow, the cost of two burgers and fries was the same as two burgers, two fries, and two large Cokes. So I just ended up spending more and not at even getting a drink.
The silliest part is charging your customer more. When it's your machine that's broken. I have to imagine there was a smarter or better way to have handled the situation, such as just applying a few dollar discount to the order I already had made rather than refunding the entire order and charging me just as much.
Or maybe a coupon for next time? Anything would have been better then spending 5 minutes in line while she refunded my order just to charge me for it again.
EDIT: I went back last week, and their soda machine was broken again. I have been there twice in the past month. Both times, the Coke wasn't working. One time they brought me a coke that had no carbonation and the other time they brought me a coke that was all carbonation and no syrup. In both cases, I ended up having to drive to the McDonald's down the street to get a drink. I don't know what is going on with this particular location, but it honestly seems like no one there knows how to setup their...
