I’m in East Tennessee and am wanting to relocate. It’s clannish here, zero nightlife, no place to go and meet other locals and our restaurants are in the Applebee’s realm. I’ve called Lake Havasu Arizona, they were really nice and friendly, but an average temp of over 100degrees in the summer is just a tad warm. I tried Prescott Arizona, $20.00 for the same information I received for free from Lake Havasu and too busy to share much. Then I called Carson City, wow! Too busy to talk, go in-line very abrupt and short and a quick hang up. Obviously Carson Cuty isn’t no longer a viable choice. Beverly was very unwelcoming - telling us we were behind the curve on looking for Real Estate in this market. Also, stating that there was not much available! (Is she a Real Estate specialist too?)
She seemed to want us to get out of there, so that she could do something else!
As a potential citizen of this community- This type of person casts a very dim light on such a wonderful place!
