I was told to come early to the store if I wanted to score something from the newest holiday launch. I get there early and wait in line and the employees are making it a point to say out loud “ I hate seeing people in line” “ so uncomfortable to see people outside.” Hearing that as a customer also makes me uncomfortable. I only come to this location because it’s close to home. I doubt if I called and asked for an item to be put aside until I make it in would be an option so what else do I do other than get there early and wait in line?
