Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Carson

I've been coming here for at least 10 years and this location use to be wonderful! They use to never skimp out on fries or put a bunch of ice in your drink and the burgers were actually juicy at one point. I have returned a few times in the past year and o man have my meals been disasters. I always order my go to western bacon cheeseburger and it's was completely dry not even the BBQ sauce could help. The bacon was soggy like it was from the morning just heated up and threw back on the burger. My large fries were not filled at all to the top actually half way and my large drink filled to the top with ice. This hasn't happen not once but the multiple times I came back thinking they were just having bad days but nope they lost care in their food and I will not be returning to this location. Also the customer service is horrible. Goodluck asking for condiments past 9pm. I have got my order multiple times and when I received my meal the workers immediately shut the window and walk away once the give you your meal not even a thank you. You literally have to shout if you need any kind of ketchup or sauce. I won't be returning the prices are insane on one large meal it comes out to like 13-14$. I work in the Carson area and have visit this Carl's Jr. A few time and each time I've visit this location the food quality is poor and the cook or cashier can't even get my order correct. After their lunch rush I watch them sit good on the warmer for an hour +. I hear someone in the drive-through order fresh French fries, I watch the cashier put the fries from the warmer into the bag. SMH the driver didn't get out of the parking lot she quickly pulled into a park spot came into Carl's. The customer was upset and wanted her money. The manager gave the customer her money. This visit was better compared to the last time when I came by here at noon with my girlfriend for lunch we had to wait for a famous star combo we had to pull off to the side and they brought our food , there is nothing that I hate more than driving off thinking everything is going to be in that bag. well everything was in there but when I went to eat the French fries they were stale,old,and cold l was mad my girlfriend works down the street she has thirty minutes for lunch usually I would just throw the fries away but I was upset so I told my girlfriend we're taking it back so we did they tried to replace it but that wasn't the reason why I went back my point is if they would do there job right the first time everything is good. if they want $15 per hr maybe if they're were worth $15per hr. to me they aren't even worth...
