I’ve been a loyal customer of Teofilo Coffee Company for over four years now, and it’s more than just a coffee shop—it’s a community anchor with a heart for purpose. From the early days of our church gatherings at Gather to every single meet-up with Carson Running Club, Teofilo and its owner Ron have shown up consistently, faithfully, and generously. Ron has never missed a single run, always bringing energy, encouragement, and his love for people.
What sets Teofilo apart is not just the quality of its coffee—but the mission behind it. This place champions Filipino farmers and honors the labor behind every cup. It’s rare to see a business so dedicated to uplifting others, especially those who work so hard in the background to bring us the rich, authentic taste of Barako and other Filipino brews.
I praise God for businesses like Teofilo—who not only serve excellent coffee, but serve their calling. If you’re looking for a place that brews with purpose, love, and Filipino pride, this is...

Overall, it’s still a nice spot, but there are a few small things that feel a bit disappointing...
Read moreHello 🌸, I’ve been popping into this spot a lot lately (at all different times of the day) and it always makes me happy! The staff are super sweet WELCOMING and the vibe is just right—perfect for studying, working, catching up with friends, or even a cozy little coffee date. Lots of seating, plenty of outlets, and free Wi-Fi… what more could you ask for? ✨
I’m also obsessed with the new fridge full of grab-and-go goodies—those breakfast burritos and the cheese + ube ensaymadas are sooo good! 🥰 I’ve tried almost every drink on the menu (guilty lol), and I get excited every time they add something new. And don’t get me started on the croissants—they’re my fave, and yes, I’ve tried them all. 🥐💕
This place is definitely a must-try if you haven’t been yet. Bonus: free parking in the back 🙌
P.S. A cute little mirror in the restroom would make my day—just...
