Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Carson

I decided to give this Chipotle location a second chance after a terrible first visit, but unfortunately, it was just as bad if not worse. (Monday 9/29) I arrived around 8 PM, and the chairs were already put up on the tables as if the store was closing early, even though they don’t close until later. The food looked old and dried out, like it had been sitting for hours with no fresh batches made. On top of that, the protein options were extremely limited. The service? Nonexistent. A worker near the cashier saw me walk in and immediately walked off to the back without saying a word. I stood there for several minutes no greeting, no service, nothing. One employee was mopping the floor, which made it feel like they were already shutting down for the night. It was clear they weren’t interested in serving anyone. I ended up leaving and driving to the Carson location instead (near mall), where the service and food were much better. I won’t be returning to this location again. Completely...

Second time coming here love the atmosphere. Unfortunately chipotle has lost me as a customer. I had ordered a steak bowl of my choice but one of the employees had messed up my order by adding salsa on it. She had no problem fixing my bowl again. I should have just not had her fix it. She ended up throwing the bowel that had rice beans and steak. I know this isn’t her fault but chipotle has to change this policy. There are people that are homeless that would have died for just even the rice. I don’t ever agree with food being tossed out like that. Made me regret even having her fix it. Please change this policy...

I e been there 5 times since they opened and every time they give the less portions out of every chipotle, I’ve ever been in the United States. The rice never even fills the bottom of the bowl. I’m not sure why guardians of the rice and meat. Whenever other chipotle in the world gives big portions that’s why people go there not sure why I keep going there other than it’s down the street from my house and they just opened it, but I won’t be going...
