I go here with my filipino grandma and I think the food is pretty good for the buffet style of keeping the food. (This place is not a buffet.) I especially love the barbecue kabobs.
I'm half filipino and most don't think I look filipino and I do not speak tagolog. I have found that some filipino places kind of ignore me (and my siblings!) in favor of their obviously filipino customers. I called to make an order of lumpias for a pot luck (great choice, btw) and they hung up on me though they had answered in English. I had my grandma call right after and they took my order from her. I don't know if they didn't want to try to understand me or what but I guess I am used to the type of treatment from my filipino brethren until they see my last name (Macabuhay). And that has been my unfortunate experience EVEN with Delia's where I have eaten quite a bit. T^T
