Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Carson

If I could, I’d give this location a zero stars. I’m not a person who complains, let alone write reviews. However, approximately 20 minutes ago I went to this Jack in The Box location via drive through. As I pulled up to the window to receive my meal, I noticed that a female employee with blue hair, I did not catch her name, was coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. To make matters worse, she was pouring a cup of soda for another guest and she was coughing directly into the beverage. After I paid, I asked that she please pour another soda as I had just seen her cough into it and that she please cover her mouth because she was dealing with food. The employee then responded with “this isn’t even your soda, so I’m not going to pour a new one” and was disrespectful. I then asked to speak to the manager about possibly talking to her employee about covering her mouth when coughing and she did not seem to care herself. After I mentioned to the employee to please cover her mouth, I noticed she went to the back in the kitchen. I am now afraid that she, employee with the blue hair, did something to ruin my meal so I will not be consuming it. I also will not be coming to this location any longer due to their rude attitude and gross manners. I urge that people stay away, specially when said employee is on shift because she does not care enough to cover her mouth when...

Recently, I had a great experience from the Jack in the box. When I went inside of the restaurant, It was cleaned and they kept it in a nice restaurant. I liked that they served breakfast all day long. Then, they offered 24-hour drive-thru services on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Also, if you order through their website, you can save on waiting time. I ordered a breakfast for a croissant sandwich without sausage and a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. For dessert was brownie. When I came home, I wanted to try their grilled chicken salad with ranch derssing. I was disappointed that grilled chicken was not made with fresh chicken, and it was a little salty. after I added ranch dressing, it tasted better. And a croissant sandwich was good. Brownie was sweet and rich tasted. Jack in the Box is a fast food chain restaurant, and they offered various selections. It is a convenient place that has driven thru services. It is right next to the hotel, but their location is hidden from the resident area. Therefore, many people won't know this restaurant. I didn't know that Jack in the Box was located near home until I walked around this area. Jack in the Box is well known for the Jumb Jack. Next time, when I return here, I will try...

On Thursday, 9/4/25 @ 9:38A I pulled into the drive through area. There were no other vehicles waiting. I waited for an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order. After a few minutes I drove up to the window. The drive through employee did not apologize. She said I did not give her enough time to acknowledge me. I said I was waiting 2-4 minutes. She began to dispute that this was not true and that she could see me on their monitoring device. I expressed that I did not come here to argue. She then closed the window when I asked for a manager. I then went inside and ask for the managers name and number. She gave me a number that was a wrong number. I called corporate and made a formal complaint regarding the this young Latinas inappropriate, rude behavior. There were two other ladies that remained silent during this situation. I frequently patronize this location, as I live just minutes away. I have never encountered any problems with the staff at this location. ...
