Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carson

Placed my order at 2:03 p.m. the woman on the phone said pick it up in 15 minutes.. I arrived at Domino's at 2:25 stood at the counter for several minutes until somebody noticed me told them I was there for a pick up they charged my card told me it would be ready in a couple of minutes.. they gave me my pizza at 2:48 and when I asked the guy when it was done he said 10 minutes ago.. no one bothered to check with customer's sitting in the lobby waiting for their pizzas.. they actually had not even cooked my pizza when I called they didn't make it until I arrived and paid them and I waited 23 minutes for it to get done.. also a gentleman with two small children a boy and a girl came in to wait for their pizzas there were two young hispanic workers behind the counter one of them useing the f-word and the s word repeatedly talking to his coworker having no respect for the people or the children sitting in the lobby waiting for their food to get done. First time I ordered delivery it took over 40 minutes. Once I opened the pizza boxes I noticed the wrong toppings on one of the pizzas. The second one had the right toppings, just on the top lid of the box! It was a mess. I called and informed them about it so that they can start making the right ones so when I drive there to pick them up they would be ready. Well I get there, took my time since I thought I would give them extra time to cook the pizzas.. I get there and they didn't even have the order ready to cook!! Had to wait another 30 minutes inside to get the correct pizzas with no compensation. I didn't want to leave a review due to it possibly just being an off day for them, but today I decided to give them another try. This Montclair Ca location was THE WORST AT DELIVERY AND THE BEST AT RESOLVING THE ISSUES AND TY MUCH APPRECIATED! So I can go on and on and on, however when things are fixed in a very expedient, manner. When customer service is at its finest as it was most certainly with management and phones staff after the initial order. Which we all know is a rarity in California. Customer service by far was phenomenal. I have to follow following up.
