KFC — Restaurant in Carson

I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before closing. They did not have any French fries, which was deeply disappointing because I absolutely LOVE KFC’s fries!!!

The staff member said the fry machine had already been turned off and cleaned. I suppose this was due to the owner or corporation refusing to give any overtime whatsoever, nor allowing adequate time to follow company procedures for cleaning, so employees have to shut down the machines early as much as possible so they don’t work one minute later than their scheduled shift.

I don’t have any proof except my own experience as an employee and what I’ve generalized from my experiences.

But the drive through staff member gave me one extra tender tip kind of make up for fries not being available, which I appreciated. But I really was looking forward to those...

This KFC is disgusting Never Eat There!!!

I went there July, 2014. I ordered 2 Famous Bowls through the drive thru. I did not open my bowl until i got home to eat it, the cheese on top was Rotten. I drove back to their location and walked in to ask for the manager, made a claim to her about the service and my meal. I was so mad because she made an excuse to say it was black pepper. I was even more mad and disgusted and asked for my full refund and I will Never Eat...

Thank you, KFC, for giving me the wrong sauces I ordered. Also, thank you for leaving out the biscuits I ordered, and it's a good thing you forgot to give me the honey I ordered, as i no longer need it. Furthermore, thank you for sending me your most rubbery of chicken tenders... the trashcan enjoyed them.

In conclusion, i hope the profits from my order will be used to purchase more honey, comeback sauce, biscuits, fresh tenders, and hair...
