This restaurant improperly and illegally had our vehicle towed. They share a parking lot with the other restaurant called Tita Celia's. We stopped by Tita Celia's to pick up some food, and because my picky 5 year old only eats fries and chicken, we were going to order food from KFC next. However, as soon as we walk out of Tita Celia's on our way to KFC, we found that our car was missing. We called the Sheriff Department to report it lost, but another customer said that it may have been towed as they saw a tow truck while we were in line (long order line because it was superbowl sunday). And as it happens, it certainly had been towed by this KFC.
First, they towed the vehicle of one of their customers because the customer ended up going to the other restaurant first.
Second, they should not be towing a car from a public, shared parking lot of a patron of one or both businesses.

On January 31 at 2pm I visited this KFC location. I ordered 3 large fries and was told that they would be a couple of minutes, I was then charged by the cashier. While I continued to wait for my order you can hear the staff members who were in charge laughing it up about a previous customer who had returned an order of fríes. She unfortunately had been given an order that was made earlier they had just lied and said that it was fresh. As I continued to wait about 20 minutes more than what I was previously told, the cashier brought me my order. I then asked for my receipt to which she responded,”I cannot give it to you because I already closed the register.” To which I insisted that I actually did need it because the order wasn’t for me. She then responded again that she couldn’t give me my receipt. When she never asked me initially if I needed my receipt. At this moment I was approached by a manager to which again she kept saying that she couldn’t give me a receipt for my order. She then proceeded to ask me with a bad attitude if I wanted her to hand write my order on a piece of paper. I refused because I simply needed a receipt. With an even worse attitude she told me to return my order that I’ve just gotten after waiting so long for and she would give me a refund. After that she told the original cashier to take my order and throw in the trash in a demanding manner, which she did. Ultimately this location has terrible customer service, they need to replace some staff members with others who work in a professional manner. This is to say, train the staff members to be efficient with there work and companies policies. How is it possible that a manager was able to give me a full cash refund yet not a simple receipt. A bad scene when it was time to eat.

En Enero 31 at 2pm fui a este kfc y hice la orden de 3 papas grandes me dijieron que esperara unos minutos lo hice luego vino la cajera me cobró la orden la cual pague seguí esperando. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. (Mystery of why the 1st order got declined) Anyways, I re-ordered and sure enough she calls me back and completes my order for (9) people, which included, 3 piece combos, sides, sauces, drinks, utensils, you name it. She went beyond her service, helped me place my bags on the table to review that nothing was missing before I left the store. All of this was completed at my scheduled pickup time.
