So, today I wanted Italian Crazy Bread for lunch/dinner. My daughter placed an order online, which we've done before. So, she arrives at the store for our order, which they can't find. No problem things happen we understand, everyone makes mistakes we don't mind waiting even though you gave no apology for the mix-up and acted like it was out fault. After we get home we discover there's NO SAUCE on her undone pizza that we had to wait on. Okay, we call the and spoke with the manager. "What do you want me to?" was his response. "You have to bring it back because I have to see the pizza to refix it and I can't issue a credit." So, because of your inability to fix a Cheese Pizza correctly, I now have to return in 5PM Friday Traffic. WOW!!!! She takes it back to the store and the managers response is . . . "Oh there's a little sauce, it just wasn't what you wanted." Sir, there's no sauce on this pizza. Yes, there is, is it right there." If, I have to search for than that mean there wasn't any, end of discussion. My daughter at this point is HOT AS FISH GREASE and she asked the manager how he was going to compensate us for the inconvenience. He asked "What do you want?" So, she asked for part of her money back, his response floored me. "Per company policy, if I return your money, that means you don't want the pizza. I can give you a soda."
Let me just say, You'll NEVER have to worry about my busy any longer for...
Read more3/9/25 - 4:20 pm I had placed a order for two pizzas and a 2 liter of pepsi it appears they have incompetent people working here as they have a manager whose 💯 unprofessional with no leadership experience and poor customer background who ever is the owner of this location needs to terminate her immediately for her unprofessionalism I had my mother pick up the order for me and they didn’t give her my 2 liter of Pepsi the manager was being rude and argumentative and disrespectful to me over the phone when I contacted them and she was rudely hanging up on me .. and claimed it was my mistake for my mother not receiving my 2 liter Pepsi as they don’t communicate to their employees or inform the guest that they can receive their Pepsi and she was being Narcissistic and using profanity,, not taking any responsibility for their mistake and the employee who who took my order admitted it was her mistake for not giving my mother the Pepsi as it slipped her mind as the employee put the phone down and I heard the communication she had with the manager for this she’s needs to lose her...
Read moreI placed an order through the app at 3:30pm with a 4:45pm pick up time. At 4:35pm I received an email saying my order was ready. I arrived at 4:45pm I stood in line for at least 5 minutes as there was only one cashier working. While I was in line waiting I got an second email reminder that my order was ready for pick up. When I got the the register I gave the cashier my information. She told me my order was being completed? I questioned her saying I received a confirmation that it was ready over 20 minutes before. Her response was "some times they mess up" I stepped aside and watched several customers come and go. Finally a second cashier came to help. I was able to catch her eye and asked if she could check on my order. She walked to the back and my order was ready! It was stacked on top of one of the ovens.
