Ding Tea is my GO TO SPOT!! I love the ambiance, the service and of course the drinks!! There's so much variety here.. the possibilities ARE endless. I ordered the brown sugar latte and the hokkaido latte for a family member. I did get to sample the hokkaido and it was amazing!! It has that classic latte taste with rich creamy caramel goodness throughoutchefs kiss. My brown sugar latte is always delectable..sweet, a little bold and rich. It can get a little crowded but they keep the orders flying out.
The parking lot is very small and it can also get crowded but be patient.. you will not have to idle too long. Upon arriving the menu can seem overwhelming but the employees are always so nice and will answer any questions you may have. To order, you place your order on a kiosk which also allows you to customize/modify your order. You can choose to purchase via cash or card, once your order is placed they will begin to make it and wallah!
If you're a first timer I would recommend the Monster boba latte, Jasmine green milk tea+boba, Thai milk tea, condensed milk coffee, kumquat lemon ice tea or passion fruit slush.. just to name a few. In case you were wondering, yes they do have milk substitutions ( almond, oat, half n half etc). Also, if you're a bao lover they do have BBQ bao and they have a display case of macaroons if you like those as well. All in all ding tea will definitely have something for you and it'll peak your curiosity at the same time. They have a few locations so find the closest one near you and...
Read moreBy far the better boba shop in Carson. This is a spot where you come in and get you boba cravings fixed. You're not going to find innovative items here because other spots do it better buuut this place is great for convenience. It is better than Quicklys or Hiccups.
Their boba is inconsistent--sometimes qq sometimes overcooked or undercooked. I always get the Peach Oolong MT but it's not officially on menu. You just sub the tea to oolong and they may potentially make it.
Recently tried Thai Tea Slush and it was bland at 100% sweetness. Sharetea has the better Thai Tea Slush.
For you introverts, they got a...
Read moreLove the monster boba latte with egg pudding instead of boba. I have tried everything on the menu and the kumquat was the worse one they had. We go 5 times a week during work lunch and I take my family on the weekends. Started to get bored of the same drinks. Asked if can have a strawberry kiwi green tea and was told they can only have 1 flavor. Would have paid extra but looks like we will just have to try other places from now on. Good place overall to fall back on but should be more open to accommodate orders for their customers. HUGE let down for someone who's always there and always recommends this...
