Managers or Supervisors donât greet, lady staff member just hands your order like a bucket of chicken to you without saying have a good Day, not to mention just drop two gravies on top of the lid which leaves the lid open, feeling like she handed food to a homeless person that I have to be the one with the gratitude.    Read moreI went to this Jollibee location earlier today at 12:19 PM and I ended up waiting for one hour for just one spicy chicken sandwich instead of 10 mins. One of the employees gave me an attitude after I asked "when will my order be ready?" then he told me "to show professionalism" but all they were doing was keep giggling for no reason and they were goofing around instead of working. Every customer who came in after me left and I was the only customer remaining because of the amount of time I waited for just one spicy chicken sandwich. Do you call that professionalism? It takes longer wait times, some crew are not acting accordingly or in a proper manner and sometimes the product itself is substandard. I usually let it all slide, but I think when the actual product is not according to standard, then I have to comment. Just now, I bought 2 pieces chickenjoy. No drinks. I didnât check the contents of the box when they gave it to me. When we arrived home, I immediately open the box to feed my baby. To my dismay, it doesnât have rice to go with it. Correct me if Iâm wrong. When you order by the chicken by the piece, you get 1 or 2 side depending on your order. Unless itâs by the bucket, no sides. So I called the branch to ask them about it.
