Jollibee — Restaurant in Carson

Managers or Supervisors don’t greet, lady staff member just hands your order like a bucket of chicken to you without saying have a good Day, not to mention just drop two gravies on top of the lid which leaves the lid open, feeling like she handed food to a homeless person that I have to be the one with the gratitude. Most of the time only one cashier taking your order while the rest are just standing in the front chit chatting. What happened to customer service? Came back on June 21st and had a bad experience, I spoke to Javier and told him my displeasure, will not come back again until Michelle and Javier are there. Michelle made me feel stupid by placing the sign in front of me that says… “spoons and forks are by request” does everyone see signs right away? Why not just give me fork and say have a nice Day? Does she have to make it complicated? when I said…” where is the fork?” Javier did not even greet and aknowledged my presence till I asked for him to tell him my displeasure. I went to this Jollibee location earlier today at 12:19 PM and I ended up waiting for one hour for just one spicy chicken sandwich instead of 10 mins. One of the employees gave me an attitude after I asked "when will my order be ready?" then he told me "to show professionalism" but all they were doing was keep giggling for no reason and they were goofing around instead of working. Every customer who came in after me left and I was the only customer remaining because of the amount of time I waited for just one spicy chicken sandwich. Do you call that professionalism? I don't think so. This particular Jollibee location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The employees does not know how to show respect towards their loyal customers and value them. Do you think I don't have a right be upset for waiting for one hour just because they were goofing off instead of working? I drove from 30 mins from Lakewood and this is the treatment I get? I been coming to this location frequently because my autistic son loves to eat Jollibee especially Spicy Chicken Sandwich and he also ended up waiting for one hour for his spicy chicken sandwich. I’ve been a long time customer of Jollibee, Carson, CA. I’ve noticed a lot of changes on the services of this branch. It takes longer wait times, some crew are not acting accordingly or in a proper manner and sometimes the product itself is substandard. I usually let it all slide, but I think when the actual product is not according to standard, then I have to comment. Just now, I bought 2 pieces chickenjoy. No drinks. I didn’t check the contents of the box when they gave it to me. When we arrived home, I immediately open the box to feed my baby. To my dismay, it doesn’t have rice to go with it. Correct me if I’m wrong. When you order by the chicken by the piece, you get 1 or 2 side depending on your order. Unless it’s by the bucket, no sides. So I called the branch to ask them about it. The lady I talked to told me that unless I ordered a combo, I won’t get 1 side with my 2 pieces chicken. I’m confused. I asked again to clarify. Then she told me she was the one who assembled the order and was confused with the order. Then she apologized to me that the cashier was new and then she hung up. No goodbye.
