The Buffalo Spot - Carson — Restaurant in Carson

My husband and I were visiting from Utah and found this place while searching places to eat near our hotel. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. They are so friendly, they make you feel welcome and make sure that you are having the best experience possible. We sampled a few sauces so we could decide and all of them were incredible. We especially liked the Cajun and Pineapple Jalapeño sauces. They also make a special sauce that really compliments the dishes as well. If we are in the area again we will definitely be returning. It’s one thing to go to a restaurant and leave feeling satisfied with your meal….. it’s so much better to leave feeling satisfied and knowing you’ve made a new friend. Hopefully someday we will be lucky enough to have a Buffalo Spot in Utah. You guys...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . I ordered online but went to the wrong store. The woman at the store said no problem she’ll call and cancel and I can reorder at the store I went to. This store refused to process the refund . They hung up in my face 3 times pretending he couldn’t hear me. I told him if I would’ve known this I wouldn’t had paid a second time. Asked should I return the food I just bought. He said don’t bother that I won’t get a refund on it either . Just paid $40 for my meal . Called again to speak to the manager . I hear the woman say “it’s her again.” Then said the manager wasn’t there anymore. Never did go pick up the food. I would not recommend this store to anyone . So I just ordered a Large Buffalo Fries. I like the special sauce, asked if I could have a second sauce added to my order and I was told no. Why not? My guess customer satisfaction doesn't matter to this business. 2nd person offered special sauce and asked for a second sauce and again I was told no.
