McDonald's — Restaurant in Carson

This is the absolute WORST McDonalds ive ever tried! I have given this specific McDonalds about 2-3 tries and each and every time ive gone , they never have any ketchup and if they do they give you like 3 packs with a entire order because they are limited they never have any bbq sauce or even certain menu items, They never have ANY DRINKS , and then if you are actually able to order something When you open your burger its smeared with ketchup on TOP of the bun and made soooo sloppy making the bread soggy, and falling apart smashed ! As if they donit on purpose (its that bad) Its absolutely disgusting! This has been the worst fast food experience! I will never eat fast food again because of this disgusting hanging on a limb location , thanks for helping me get healthy by turning my stomach trying to get a late night quick snack! NEVER AGAIN! I didnt even think to take a photo of this horrible burger i just ordered! Not to mention the stale fries! DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTING, eho is hiring these people there! Been coming to this McDonald's for 14 years and it was once a very decently managed location compared to others nearby. Unfortunately, recent modifications to this facility have resulted in a non-customer friendly atmosphere where there is very minimal employee-to-customer interaction. There is almost zero consideration for the customer's needs because the expectation is to order from the kiosk, where you do not have the ability to customize your order, and either take your receipt to the register to pay for your order, or pay at the kiosk itself which rarely works due to frequent technical issues. Visited yesterday and saw that they now have eight kiosks and only one front register in the dine-in area. However, the line for the front register was very lengthy because none of the kiosks were taking payments for orders. Recently I visited the McDonald's in the Carson location. I walked into McDonald's and I found out that McDonald's interior had been changed a lot. They used to have many dining tables & parents could sit with their children and enjoy their meals. Now, they have self-serve Computers and you have to order your food. Also, they used to have various selections of menus. They got rid of several menus such as the chicken salad menu, yogurt parfait & vanilla or chocolate ice-cream cone. Now, McDonald's has hamburger menus only. I was disappointed about the McDonald's changes. I used to like McDonald's chicken salad a lot. They still have drive thru services and pickup services from your car. I ordered foods from the McDonald's App, but it took long time to get my foods. I missed old McDonald's services before.
