Worst customer service ever !!!!!!!! I placed an order through grub hub tonight. On the app they have 2 different selections for Hawaiian pizza ... 1) BBQ Hawaiian 2) Regular Hawaiian, no mention of bbq anywhere. I ordered the regular Hawaiian and to my surprise received the BBQ. I proceeded to call the restaurant to work out a solution, the unprofessional inbred (because I can’t call her a young lady) that helped me out and claimed to be the manager was so rude and unprofessional. Told me that it’s not her fault grub hub is wrong, and she doesn’t control that. When I requested my order be replaced she then told me I had to pay for it ( after they messed up my order) ... notably I was upset, it was 10pm at night and instead of her taking some ownership of the situation, this poor excuse of a customer service rep continued to show why she shouldn’t be employed. She even started using questionable language and when I requested a name said it was “papa john”. I will never and I repeat never patronize this place again. These people need a training in customer service and problem solving. They are trash employees......
Read moreMy family and I have always ordered at this place for many years, the fact that this place no longer has there own set of drivers and they rely on DoorDash to do there delivery is not only a loss for them but as a customer as well. We ordered 2 pizzas with chicken parm poppers and the driver forgot to bring us the 2 liter Pepsi that came with our order. We called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell us that he’d refund our order and that if we wanted the Pepsi’s we ordered we’d have to go to the store to pick it up. Are you serious? That’s poor customer service and poor communication towards the driver who delivered our food. We paid almost $50 for what ordered and having us drive to the store because you guys couldn’t communicate properly to the DoorDash driver is ridiculous. Read moreI placed an order four days in advance for my daughter’s birthday party. I spoke directly with the manager and ordered 7 cheese pizzas, 7 pepperoni pizzas, and 3 works pizzas. He repeated the order back to me, confirmed the total price, and we agreed on the date and time for delivery.
On the day of the party, the order arrived 30 minutes late—and to make matters worse, they delivered 14 pepperoni pizzas and 3 works pizzas, with no cheese pizzas at all.
When I called to report the mistake, the staff acted as if I had made the error and insisted I ordered 14 pepperoni pizzas. Why would I place such a specific order and then call to complain if that’s what I truly ordered?
