Starbucks — Restaurant in Carson

On Christmas Eve, I placed a mobile order for a total of six cold drinks. Being that it was Christmas eve, I knew they would be busy and can totally understand if I had to wait longer that usual. When I went in, I saw that the place was packed. What was surprising to me was 5 to 7 min after I placed my mobile order, 4 out of the 6 drinks I ordered were ready and was handed to me. The bad part of this is, I had to wait 25 min to get the other 2 orders so the first 4 drinks that was handed to me were all watered down. I did not t like that the fact that 4 venti drinks were ready and it took them 25 min to make the 2 grande drinks I ordered. I always thought they completed these orders all together. I was willing to wait as long as they made these drinks correct. Not sure what type of system the staff at this location are using but it’s not a good one and should be looked at by management. Customers should not have to take home watered...

Decent location, comfortable environment and well kept. Lost two Starbucks (pun intended) because they firstly, didn’t have the one of only two non-decaffeinated teas I like. Two, they began closing their lobby (stacking chairs, moving tables) at least 30 mins early, even when customers are still coming in. Lastly, and the reason I’m writing this review, they “closed” the bathroom early (again, at least 30 minutes early). As a paying customer I insisted if there was anyway I could use the restroom before leaving due to a long drive ahead of me and a stomach full of liquid, and staff still refused. It is easy to assume they “closed” the restroom early because they mopped the floor or wiped the sink early, most likely be able to leave early and didn’t want anyone to dirty it. Pure laziness.. at least the staff was kind enough to tell me to “try the wing stop bathroom”.......

They're usually pretty good when it comes to in-store but more than once something went wrong when using mobile order. One time they screwed up my order instead of a "grande" they read "green tea" so my order was beyond weird! It's an honest mistake but it made me a bit late for school. Another time I ordered it went in 5 min later and it wasn't ready..reasonable enough so I waited. LITERALLY (not figuratively or sarcastically or using a hyperbole) about 15 people came in ordered their drinks and left in the 15-20 minutes I waited. Horrible! If you want to use mobile order go to the one inside Albertsons or go down the street to Sepúlveda and Vermont or just walk in. Also not the best place to study, I usually need some ambient noise to study but this place is waaayyy too loud. Again try down the street. If you're just grabbing the coffee instore...
