Carson Harbor Village — Hotel in Carson

Gates help regulate residents and visitors into park. Visitor parking ia located in a visible and easily accessible location behins entrance. There is a community center with billiards, tv room/reading room and pool readily available for residents. Some units are up to date while some do need updating. There is also walk in entry on the left next to exit gate. It would be ideal if location would place an emergency telephone line at security booth in outer portion that could be accessed to allow call for taxis or medical needs...

This place is alright but if you are new living here, most neighbors here (and anyone in general) don't even greet or say good morning or hi to each other, this happens on a daily basis, it's absolutely pathetic and irritating and it really needs to stop, seriously, everyone needs to greet each other or say good morning or hi to each other for the sake of common courtesy, I can't wait to move out and live somewhere else...

I live here. The facilities are usually clean. If u dont have a community issued ID card u cant do anything here. If u have a pet keep it in doors as there's coyotes inside of the parks wetland. Yes the wetland is the most beautiful park of living here as it allows for more biodiversity than the surrounding area. Would get 5 stars but my neighbor is awful.
